  • We purchased a Honda Civic from Preferred Automotive out of Parkland and immediately took it for an oil change—only to discover it had a major oil leak. We contacted the dealership right away, but before anything could be resolved, the car broke down on the freeway. I worked with Eli, who was kind and tried to help, and I appreciated his professionalism. Unfortunately, another staff member was extremely aggressive and threatening over text, using profanity and intimidation tactics that were completely unacceptable. The dealership did take the Civic back and traded us a Mazda 3 instead. Within days , the thermostat failed. Two cars, two serious issues, all within days of purchase.
