I had a really good experience at Telefix. The staff was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My phone issue was fixed quickly, and the service felt honest and professional. The prices were fair, and I left feeling confident my phone was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Telefix to anyone needing phone repairs or help.
A Lifesaver for My Phone! I honestly thought my phone was a lost cause after a nasty drop, but I’m so glad I brought it here. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly professional and transparent. They didn't just give me a vague "we'll see"; they explained exactly what needed to be fixed and gave me a fair, upfront price that didn't change. The turnaround time was impressively fast—I barely had time to finish a coffee before it was ready! My screen looks brand new and the touch sensitivity is perfect. It’s such a relief to find a shop that combines technical expertise with genuine, friendly service. If you’re looking for a reliable place that treats your tech with care, look no further. Highly recommended!
Bought a refurbished iPhone 11 (Red) from this place, and within a few weeks, problems started occurring almost immediately. The volume would randomly drop while audio was playing, the battery would die at 19%, and the phone lagged as if it were on 1% battery constantly. When I first brought the phone in, they said the issue was fixed. A couple of days later, the exact same problems continued. I came back a second time, and their solution was either to “ship my phone somewhere” for an undisclosed amount of time, give me another iPhone 11 in a different color, or “upgrade” me to an iPhone 14 if I spent even more money — after I had just purchased this phone less than three weeks earlier. The employee with braces especially couldn’t have cared less about the interaction or the fact that they didn’t hold up their end of the deal by selling me a “refurbished” phone that clearly wasn’t properly refurbished. Good businesses compensate customers when they have a bad experience. You don’t just throw your hands up and say, “That’s all we can do.” I would never do business with this location again. There’s also a 1 Stop Mobil about four minutes away with similar, if not better, prices and far better customer service.
