  • I really enjoyed the buying experience. I pulled on the lot just looking for a price on an Airstream. I wasn’t into that trailer but Terry showed me an awesome Dutchman Komfort. Was I in the market? No, not really…but these guys were chill and they let me just be a customer, without any pressure. It was very fun to visit with everyone working, and take the time to look at options for buying. It all worked out really well and I got a super deal, and an even better trailer.   • Our family realized we needed a third vehicle after my husband's truck was in the shop. After some discussions, we settled on wanting a Jeep Wrangler 4-door with a manual transmission. Since this was going to be a spare vehicle, we began searching for used cars in our area. Carstars showed up with a used 2012 Jeep. I made a call to see if it was available for a test drive, but unfortunately, it needed some work. After a month, we let it go and received a call from Saul saying they had a newer Jeep manual in and offered for us to come out. I booked an appointment, and they brought the car in from their other location. Mike greeted us, and Brian, the manager, came out to introduce himself and help with securing finance. We had a time crunch, and they accommodated us without dragging out the process or attempting to push us into a different vehicle. We are so grateful for their understanding and assistance in this process, and we can't thank them enough. In all fairness, I used to work for The Carstars. I've seen firsthand that they're focused on customer service and are dedicated to ensuring that their customers receive the best experience, which they consistently deliver. Our family is absolutely thrilled about our new addition, and our daughter was over the moon to find out that the top comes off! We are thrilled and feel joyful about the car, and we're eagerly looking forward to the memories we'll create with it.
