Schedule with him and take your dream car home same day ……………………………………………………………..… Fast forward to today 3/4/2026 I purchased my car from Legacy Autos four weeks ago, and it is already having mechanical issues. Four weeks. That is unacceptable under any standard. I understand used cars come with risk. What I do not accept is finding out through an independent diagnostic that multiple codes had been deleted before the vehicle was sold to me. That is not “normal wear and tear.” That is a serious red flag. Clearing codes before a sale makes it look like problems were intentionally concealed. Moe was great during the buying process, but once the contract was signed, the tone completely changed. Instead of taking responsibility for a vehicle that is already showing issues, Legacy Autos offered to “schedule me with their service department at a discounted rate.” A discount is not accountability. After only four weeks, I should not be paying out of pocket for problems that may have existed before I ever drove it off the lot. It gets worse. When I requested a detailed breakdown of the warranty coverage, they could not provide one. How does a dealership sell a warranty but fail to produce a clear list of what it actually covers? The warranty is limited to two years, excludes service and many common repairs, and comes with significant limitations that were not properly disclosed. It feels like an expensive add-on with very little real protection. I love my car. I hate this experience. This has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. Buyers deserve transparency, full disclosure, and honesty — not hidden issues and vague warranty terms. Do your research before purchasing from Legacy Autos.
