The internet customer service from Kris was outstanding, and I quickly realized that going to this dealership was truly meant to be. I let her know that I would need not one, but TWO vehicles. She led me in the right direction to MOE, who became our salesman. When I tell you this man worked a miracle for us, I’m not exaggerating!!!! Don’t look anywhere else, just tell him what you want and I bet you they have it on their lot!!! Moe gave us the confidence to move forward, even when I told him that we needed two cars.   • Purchased a 2019 Mercedes E300 & I live it. Had the same model just the previous year so I’m familiar with it. Enrique & Luis (the younger one) were very helpful & professional. The only problem I had was one of my rotors was bad and I s told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle & after telling them about the rotor I was told that it could be because of the tires but there was definitely a brake service light that came on my dash. It’s still there & I still have a bad rotor that I’ll have to come out of pocket to pay for it to be replaced. Also one of my tires had bad tread. Just wish these things were taken care of beforehand or could’ve been taken care of for me considering I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Other than that I have no complaints & enjoyed my experience with Legacy Autos!
