This is a great place to buy a car! My husband and I went looking for a car for my granddaughter and she found one she liked here. It's a great little car for her. David worked with us to settle on a price and we bought it that day. She had some car trouble after leaving that evening but Leavitt was amazing at responding right away, fixing the problem, and getting her back on the road. She is a happy young lady for sure! They are honest and loyal to their customer. I definitely recommend! Thank you David!!!
My niece bought 2 SUV's here and they were absolutely great. They are reasonably priced and will definitely work with you. They will not give you the run arounds and they are straight shooters. Honest and ALWAYS there for you even if you drive off with a done deal. They make sure their customers are repeat customers. Unfortunately, I got my vehicle from a not so good place but best believe my next vehicle will be from Leavitt Auto Sales, where they remember you and the vehicle you last purchased from them. Love them. 10/10 highly recommend!!! Run dont walk and get your next vehicle from them!!!
They were nice upon arrival and great during the purchasing process but a little more than a month after buying my car with 80,000 miles on it, the engine went out after having other issues I had to get fixed that were pointing at this the whole time. I talked to them about it and they refused to exchange the car, refund it, or do anything about it. Instead they told me to go through the warranty and that they would help me. They had set me up with is warranty when buying the car and I got a more expensive plan. No shops wanted to deal with the warranty and when I found a dealership that would it would cost me thousands of dollars if they did decided not to cover it. Also the warranty is not up to date with the hourly wage of labor and I would still end up paying thousands of dollars even if covered. So months after buying this car and only using it for about a month I am still paying my loan on a car that needs a new engine and is not drivable until it is replaced. They should have made this right. I was absolutely bad business the way it was handled and I am very disappointed.
