  • Beware! I was looking to buy my daughter her first car and I expressed several times that I didn't want to leave the lot after paying $6,000 to have any major issues arise. I was reassured that if anything came up, they would take care of it. The owner himself stated this. The only thing I was made aware of was that the AC would need Freon and a possible recharge. They called the mechanic they work with, named Rick, to ask the price. Again, on camera, I was told $500. Cool, not really what I wanted, but I was made aware. Not even four days later, the engine light came on. So I took it to the mechanic they told me about, and Rick (mechanic) told me he needed to do a full diagnostic on the car and that the codes weren't valid. I'd never heard that - red flag number one. He proceeded to tell me he's not affiliated with them - red flag number two. Why even say that? He then, in so many words, called Brian a liar. He told me it's anywhere between $1,200 to $2,700 to fix the AC. What?!? That's a huge difference from what I was told. I called Brian to tell him about my experience. He told me to bring the car back, only to tell me to my face that I'm a liar and that they gave me a good deal. "Sorry." That's all they did. Said sorry?!? What happened to we’ll make it right? We’ll take care of it? We’ll help? So imagine dropping $6,000 on a car to find out within four days you're looking at thousands in repairs. I knew the risk, but I trusted them, especially after the owner stepped in. I say this to say, take the car to your own mechanic before purchase. I own my part but morally this is just very wrong and bad for business. I will say I didn’t speak to the owner so I’m not even sure he’s aware of how I was treated. I get things can happen but no one expects that within in days and that amount.

  • Great used car dealership! Family owned, huge selection of all types of vehicles, and very affordable. Josh was great to work with and the whole team took care of me. Very blessed to have done business with them! No regrets 🙌🏼🫶🏼🙏🏼

  • I wish reviews allowed for zero stars because my experience warrants exactly that. I bought a car (paid in full) on March 2nd after testing driving it for 10+ minutes and everything was fine, by the afternoon on March 3rd I was having MULTIPLE issues and my dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. Upon going back to the dealership to have my issues addressed, Brian recommended I go to their mechanic down at Viramontes Coast Tires and Wheels INC. to which they kept my car for 5 days. When I finally got my car back everything appeared to be fine until I was having the same issues another day later. My car sat for weeks because it was unsafe to drive so when I finally took it to Midas for a second opinion and only then did I find out that I was sold a car with a bad transmission, not only that but the codes for this had been erased in attempts to cover that fact up. I took it back to the dealership that same day and Brian says they only care about making sure everything is good with the battery, transmission, motor, etc and followed that by he makes it a point to drive all the cars on their lot which means my transmission being bad was news to nobody but me! I leave my car there with them while they "figure" out a solution and as I'm leaving Josh makes it a point to crack a joke about my anger towards to the situation in front of potential buyers like I had no right to be upset. I received a call the next day about my situation and Brian claimed there were no cars on the lot with equal or lesser value than the one I bought and suggested I trade it for another car on their lot but i'd end up with a car payment which basically meant they weren't going to give me my money back or right their wrong. I also recently discovered that there has been mileage added to my car that I did not drive . I recommended this dealership to a number of people and after my experience that fact makes me absolutely sick to my stomach! they don't care about doing good honest business they only care about the money people invest in it. They put on this show for potential buyers but it's all a lie. I don't want anybody from this establishment to reply to this review in an attempt to cover up their negligence or poor ways of doing business because I don't want to hear it. I recommend anybody who wants to buy a car to shop ANYWHERE ELSE but here.
