  • Beware of this dealer. I was told the vehicle I purchased had a clean title. I trusted that information when I bought it, but after the sale I found out the title was actually salvage/rebuilt/theft history—none of which was ever disclosed to me. Also, I wasn’t able to get a provisional plate or register the vehicle for 16 days!!!. I couldn’t legally drive it, and I even got stopped by the police and fined because the dealer put me on the road with a plate that wasn’t valid. Almost getting arrested. This dealer’s failure to disclose the real title status has caused me financial loss. When I tried to get help, I received no proper resolution, only excuses. I’m filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles because this kind of behavior is unacceptable and violates basic consumer trust. If you value honesty and transparency, stay far away from this dealership.

  • David Palti was my sales advisor in my search for a low mileage excellent condition BMW X6. He was very professional and very courteous in all of our interactions. He facilitated a pre purchase inspection with BMR Auto as I live in Massachusetts and fairly represented the car in all aspects. He helped coordinate the inspection and facilitated the purchase without flaw including the shipping of the car to MA. Gabriela was also very helpful in the titling and registration process between FLA and MA. I would highly recommend this dealership and their service.
