  Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I purchased a 2017 F-250 from U Drive Motors on July 26, 2025, trading in my F-150. Here's a timeline of how they handled everything after taking my money: Within the first month of ownership, the truck left me stranded TWICE due to the well-known 6.7 Powerstroke non-serviceable fuel pump relay failure. This is a widely documented issue that any dealer selling these trucks should be aware of and disclose. I had to limp it home the first time and the second time I had to Uber home and leave the truck at my job overnight so I could get parts and fix it myself that weekend. Zero help from the dealership. They didn't mail the payoff check for my trade-in until August 20th — nearly a month after the sale. That delay cost me an additional car payment on a vehicle I no longer owned. They charged me $140 for registration and then took almost two months to actually get it done. I didn't receive my registration until September 18th. Worst of all, they never notified the state that I had traded in my old vehicle and had active insurance on the new one. Because of their failure, the Florida DHSMV suspended my driver's license on September 9th. I am now stuck jumping through hoops to prove I had insurance coverage — something the dealership should have handled as part of the sale. To recap: they sold me a truck with a known mechanical issue, took nearly a month to pay off my trade-in, nearly two months to register my vehicle, and their negligence got my license suspended. When I brought up the issues, I offered to call it even if they'd waive the $140 registration fee. They refused. My salesperson was Keke. I'm sure he's pleasant enough during the sale when they're getting your money, but the post-sale follow-through from this dealership is nonexistent. Save yourself the headache, the extra payments, and the roadside breakdowns — shop somewhere that actually inspects their vehicles and handles their paperwork.

  I am soo happy that I listened to my gut to trust my salesman David and the whole team. The service we got from Daniel and the rest was AWESOME! I waited 1 month to see how the car drove before I left a review. We even drove it from Florida to New York. When I had an issue, Daniel made sure it was solved and that we got what David and the team promised us. So not only the salesman was good but the service we received after was on another level. We will surely buy another car from them in the future.

  Beware of this dealer. I was told the vehicle I purchased had a clean title. I trusted that information when I bought it, but after the sale I found out the title was actually salvage/rebuilt/theft history—none of which was ever disclosed to me. Also, I wasn’t able to get a provisional plate or register the vehicle for 16 days!!!. I couldn’t legally drive it, and I even got stopped by the police and fined because the dealer put me on the road with a plate that wasn’t valid. Almost getting arrested. This dealer’s failure to disclose the real title status has caused me financial loss. When I tried to get help, I received no proper resolution, only excuses. I’m filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles because this kind of behavior is unacceptable and violates basic consumer trust. If you value honesty and transparency, stay far away from this dealership.
