  • Because of the mixed reviews, I thought it would be beneficial to share my experience. First of all, I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle, but that was due to my situation, not theirs. I worked with Kamilla Correa, and she went above and beyond to get me the information I needed. She even answered her phone on her day off! I highly recommend asking for her! The hardest part of this whole experience was getting past the AI screener when you first call in. Once I got to an actual person, the process was smooth. Their cars on paper look like a great price, but they do add a MANDATORY $2000 "Anti-Theft" package that brings pricing in line with competitors. Combined with trying to purchase from out of state, this led me to not move forward. Overall, it was a good experience with only minor bumps along the way.

  • The sales manager Debrah that we spoke with was extremely, horribly unprofessional. I was very interested in taking my business there but will have to go elsewhere. She explained she didn’t want her time waisted. Also stating a price break down that was not listed on the website. Should we say (SCAM)? As a customer trying to purchase a vehicle for our family, this was very disappointing but I’m glad I experienced this with her because I will not be going to this dealership ever as well I will be making it known not to go there for future customers. Don’t waist your time there because unfortunately customers don’t matter to this dealership. If I could put 0 stars that would most definitely be my rating. I feel deeply sorry for first time buyers. And for her employees….. Because if she treats her customers like this I can only imagine how she treats her employees. I really hope you all read these reviews because I didn’t and I regret it.

  • Despite all the bad reviews this dealership has I have to say my experience was very good. I traded in my Escalade and got a good deal on a Tesla. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Kamila. She took good care of us. Thank you Premium Autos.
