We arrived at Premier Auto after reviewing their inventory online. Make sure you take note of the vehicle stock #s that you are interested in, check to see if they have salvaged titles, and notes them all down on the sign in sheet when you arrive. Even though we made an appointment, you still have to wait depending on how busy it is. April assisted us through the process and was very efficient, even though her day was fully packed. Our purchase was as streamlined as it could be! We were happy with April, she was a pleasure to work with. Also, Premier Auto has a great selection of Teslas to choose from!
Found them through Truecar. Whatever prices you see on Truecar or even their own website. Do not expect to pay those prices. Even if you print out a quote and bring it with you Then they add another $2000 onto every deal. saying its mandatory. They said the car was on another lot and it would take 10 mins, and before they came back, I decided I would go to another dealer who doesn't add bogus fees onto the car. Rory called me , asked if I left, I said yeah. And click she hung up on me. There are so many tesla's for sale on the market, there are reputable dealerships out there not trying to rip people off
Had a horrible experience buying a Tesla. Price on the site said $23,000 but after all the fees, mandatory $2,000 anti-theft insurance that they wouldn’t budge on (even thought their own website said it was optional), it ended up being a whopping $29,000. The inside interior had damage and there was nothing I could negotiate for a lower price. Never have I heard that an auto dealership that doesn’t negotiate. This was the second place I stopped at that day and if I didn’t live 2 hours away, I probably wouldn’t have gotten the car but I was in a rush to get one. Something that was seriously alarming was they sold me the car with 15% battery. I was shocked that their cars aren’t fully charged for the customer, what kind of dealership does that. I had to spend 2 hours trying to find a charger. Because my Tesla was new, I wasn’t able to use the Tesla superchargers. I drove around to 3 different charging stations and almost ripped my hair out after waiting 30 minutes for a charger just to find out my adapter didn’t fit. I was finally able to charge my car 2 hours after leaving the dealership. Genuinely horrible dealership, steer clear at all costs. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
