They had just opened when we arrived and Luis was finishing up with another customer, but he greeted us right away. He confirmed the car we were interested in was in stock and explained the additional theft protection cost. He also mentioned getting pre-qualified before a test drive if financing (we were paying cash). He showed us the vehicle, started it up, and even offered to move other cars so we could take it out, which we appreciated. He explained the full process would take about three hours from test drive to driving off the lot, including paperwork and detailing (which they only do after purchase). Very professional and easy to work with. We didn’t end up buying since my son wanted more time to think, but overall a great experience.
