  • Went here to see look at a used Tesla after seeing their ads pretty much everywhere online. Looking at their lot, they have many. Salesman was polite, helpful, and even honest, but a few things stood out right away. He said dealer policy requires that I purchase their anti-theft add-on for $2000. That's illegal, period, but I figured I would negotiate that later. We found a car that matched my requests and went outside to look at it. While looking at the other cars I noticed, almost every one had curb rash and missing center caps on the wheels. Not sure what's up with that. This particular car had left rear damage in the Carfax, and although it had been repaired the paint repair looked horrible. Looked like body filler that had been applied by a cheap landlord, not even sanded smooth. But the kicker, I decided to open the trunk to look inside and found it was out of alignment and now wouldn't close. Not sure who quality checked this car after being repaired, but it certainly sent up huge red flags and I decided this is probably the norm for them. The 2.7 star rating seems to reflect that. If you want something cheap, regardless of issues down the road, this is probably your place. But I'm not that desperate.

  • Upon entering the dealership, I was seeking a Tesla. I found one priced at approximately $13,000, which I considered a reasonable offer. I conducted thorough research and inspected the software to ascertain if there were any active repairs. Additionally, I checked the tires, which were already in need of replacement. Furthermore, there were two active faults, and the car had accumulated 119,000 miles. When I presented this information to the sales representative, she addressed it with her manager. However, the manager was unwilling to negotiate and even added a $2,000 anti-theft system to the price. When I inquired about potential solutions, I was essentially told to accept the situation, as the manager was not willing to collaborate with us. If you are considering purchasing a car from this dealership, it is crucial to thoroughly investigate the vehicle and be prepared for potential price increases.

  • I spent 10 minutes there and never again I hit so many red flags right out of the gate. What they don't say on their website is that they require you to buy theft insurance and they require you to be approved for financing before ever test driving. I looked at the guy helping me and said, what?! I'm planning on paying cash. He said it was dealership policy and that the anti-theft insurance was required. I said, but I'm not looking to finance it I just want to pay cash. He said it was dealership policy. Here's the thing, if they're requiring that you be approved for financing before ever test drive a vehicle that's going to be a hit on your credit and it's a pressure tactic. Secondly, if you're paying cash for a vehicle you would own that vehicle and there's no need for them to require theft insurance. It was $2,000 for the insurance and I was informed that should the vehicle become stolen I would get $5,000 back. What straight up didn't make sense to me especially since I was planning on paying cash. It's a real shame I was genuinely interested in the car I was there to look at. I was really hoping to make a deal, but given those two practices and just how much of a red flag that is hard pass. If those things are acceptable to you then by all means go ahead, but I'll never be back.
