  • We arrived at Premier Auto after reviewing their inventory online. Make sure you take note of the vehicle stock #s that you are interested in, check to see if they have salvaged titles, and notes them all down on the sign in sheet when you arrive. Even though we made an appointment, you still have to wait depending on how busy it is. April assisted us through the process and was very efficient, even though her day was fully packed. Our purchase was as streamlined as it could be! We were happy with April, she was a pleasure to work with. Also, Premier Auto has a great selection of Teslas to choose from!

  • Excellent EV Selection, Mixed Overall Experience Premium Autos has a huge inventory, especially if you're looking for electric cars. That was definitely the highlight. The biggest downside is the wait. We went there twice. The first time, we left because it was taking too long to get the car out for a test drive. If the car you're interested in is blocked by other vehicles, be prepared to wait. Even just getting someone to help us took at least 30 minutes each visit. The waiting area was crowded and could definitely use better maintenance. They have a kids' playroom, which is a nice idea, but it also looked pretty dirty, so I wasn't comfortable letting my kids play there. They do offer complimentary popcorn, coffee, and cookies while you wait. Customer service felt a bit cold throughout the process. On the positive side, once we got to the test drive, it was a great experience. They checked our IDs and paperwork, handed us the keys, and let us take the car out on our own. Also worth noting: as many other reviewers have mentioned, there's a mandatory $2,000 fee added to every purchase. We had a hard time getting a clear explanation for it, although it seems to be common at many dealerships. Overall: Great selection, especially for EVs, and a smooth test-drive experience. Just be prepared for long waits, a less-than-inviting waiting area, somewhat impersonal service, and the extra $2,000 fee on top of the advertised price.

  • This review is for Rory Contacted Rory on Wednesday afternoon and she was able to coordinate with my bank to secure the Tesla I wanted would be available for me to drive back to San Diego. Coordinating the trip wasn't easy and I didn't want to waste a trip, but Rory made the deal happen and now I'm on my way out of the Norco in my new (used) 2022 Tesla that I'd been eyeing. Thank you Rory and Premium Autos for this simple car buying process! You've got a loyal customer now from a different county! Hit up Premium Autos and ask for Rory and I promise she got you!
