  I purchased a 2021 Ford Escape from EMK Auto Sales LLC on May 25, 2026. Less than an hour after leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on and the vehicle began experiencing serious drivability issues, including stalling, loss of power, and difficulty starting. I immediately contacted the dealership and was assured that they would help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, despite multiple calls, text messages, repair invoices, and attempts to work things out, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. The vehicle ultimately required diagnosis and repairs involving the throttle body and turbocharger system shortly after purchase. I also had concerns regarding the title documentation and requested additional information, but my concerns were not adequately addressed. My experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. I recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership obtain an independent pre-purchase inspection, carefully review all documentation, and thoroughly verify the vehicle's history before completing a purchase.

  My partner and I were shopping around to look for a family SUV, called in prior and even got pre-approved as we found a vehicle we liked and were cash ready. I was at work and my partner was attempting to complete the transaction, however rather than being professionally greeted and accompanied by a sales representative, the repair gentleman was attempting his best to assist my partner. Another young lady with glasses was also in office. My partner was at the dealership for almost 5 hours, was informed he must either put more down for the downpayment despite their initial agreement, or provide a co-signer. Considering I was at work, the gentleman advised my partner for me to complete the application through a link sent to me by the dealership. I completed the application as a co-buyer and it was not working so was instructed to resubmit as the primary buyer and that no hard inquiries would occur and it would simply be a soft credit check and then they would correct such to reflect myself as the co-signer and himself as the buyer. Asked multiple times to ensure that such would not be a hard inquiry, and was notified immediately such was. The woman with the glasses continuously had the excuse that much could not be done even if we were to put double down as “the owner” was not present, and that regardless we would be unable to pick up until the following week as “banks” were closing. Considering my partner was at the dealership for approximately 5 hours, I have no clue how such is even possible. A complete waste of time and energy, unexperienced employees, poor customer service, and would never recommend. Went down the street to Lions Auto Sale, worked with my budget and in fact saved me half the price, exceptional customer service, quick and simple. Beyond disappointed with my experience at Emek Auto Sales and would avoid at all costs. Definitely better deals around with sales representatives who treat you with professionalism and care.

  My husband and I recently purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon from this dealership. We ran into a few minor issues but nothing that should reflect poorly on the overall experience. The owners are onsite and handle everything directly for you. This is a family ran dealership. The owners have a dedicated space for their children in the office which in my opinion speaks volumes. No company who would be running scams or dirty transactions would have their children at the location. These people are very friendly and do whatever they can to make you happy with your purchase. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.
