I want to leave an honest review of my experience with Arizona Elite Auto Sales. They do help when they can, especially Lalo. If something is within his hands and he can help, he does try, and I appreciate that. Just keep in mind these are used vehicles, so it can be a hit or miss. They fix the issues they know about at the time they receive the vehicle, but that doesn’t necessarily mean everything is resolved. In my experience, after purchasing my vehicle, it overheated and I had to pay those repair expenses out of pocket. A few months later, I also started having issues with the catalytic converter, which was another repair that I would have to pay for myself, all while still making my monthly car payment. They do have some nice vehicles, but I definitely recommend having the car inspected before purchasing and being prepared for possible repair costs down the road. I appreciate the help I’ve received from Lalo, but I also want future customers to understand what the experience can realistically look like.
Fair prices, he does his own financing, and great cars. Lalo has integrity which is rare in his field... we are about to be done with our payments for the car we are buying 12mo same as cash in July! I absolutely love that we didn't have to pay interest... THANK YOU ELITE AUTO SALES!!! and a special THANK YOU TO LALO!!
They violate the ToS for multiple online sellers by spam posting their vehicle listings. Very shameful business practice. Wouldn't buy anything from anyone that runs their business like this.
