  Please Go Somewe Else I went for suv the first one lalo put me in smelt burnt The second one he put me in was making a loud noise I should’ve left when I did but I needed something!! When I drove a car I liked it .I had Got a 2017 Chrysler I didn’t have the car long within 4 months it’s started giving me problems I took it in and they had me pay 400$ for transmission lining and it still kept giving me the same issue it was never fixed!They said they will help me when it comes to payments and late fees and when I told them about my payment they said it had to be paid in full that they weren’t going to work with me ! They basically just lied to get me into a car and the car ran like horrible! Not to mention it did lock up on the freeway while me and my kids were driving.When I asked Lalo for help he said he couldn’t do anything without a warranty that he could only refer me to someone and the refer will be the guy that overly prices on unnecessary parts.Its Just bad all around If I would’ve knew they would’ve done this to me I would’ve went somewhere else also my sister did buy a car here and the same thing happen to her ! Don’t let them Lie to you and sell you a bad car !

  DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!! my boyfriend and i bought a car from this company that broke down the same day, they fixed it and it broke down again next day on the way to them. we tried to return the car and get our money back and they said no we can only get another car or lose our (3k) down payment. the next car we got had issues that never got resolved. (transmission, alignment, tires, engine light) this dealership towes your car with no remorse, sucks at communication, has ZERO empathy for their customers, and loves to take your money. Even charges extra during payments but doesn’t put it towards your car. This dealership is the shadiest, dirtiest, most ridiculous dealership and all the want is to take your money, and get the car back to resell and screw more people over. The boss hides behind his workers in the store, and those workers are disrespectful and will yell at you over the phone. Save your money, and go somewhere else. this place is a joke.

  Got my vehicle back in feb and haven't had any issues !! if your like me and have bad credit and previous repos contact AZ elite auto and speak with Lalo . We put 3000 down and walked out with a low mileage , newer vehicle and have had no issues. Thank the lord for them
