  Big Mike is the best did everything in his power to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. Even with bad credit they work with you and try not to mess you up with the payments like a lot of these dealerships I would recommend to any first time buyers or anyone looking to get into a car with challenged credit.

  Here’s another update to his response just now well then if legally you weren’t supposed to release it, you did release it to my son anyway so I guess I should contact my lawyer then since you just said you weren’t supposed to do it and you did it anyway . And that’s not the price we agreed to and you know it. You’re just making yourself look worse and worse every time you say something so you might as well just stop. I would never recommend your dealership to anybody.. Update Terry just called me and tried to tell me that I did not bring the car to a reputable place to be checked out. I just about died laughing. The car was bought to Big brand tires where I bring my car to all the time I have never had an issue with them and they are very reliable when it comes to telling you what’s wrong with your car they never try to overcharge you or swindle you in anyway unfortunately I wish I can say the same thing about their Dealership and then he wonders why I was so upset because he wasted all my gas money back-and-forth 30 minutes each way this guy is a joke . This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. When we told the big Mike and the owner that the car did not pass inspection to my liking, he totally gaslit us and tried to talk us into buying the car in a pushy slimy salesman kind way. sorry dude that doesn’t work with me. I’m a sales manager and I understand slimy car salesman ways. He now knows that something is wrong with the car and I can guarantee you that he does not disclose it to the person who comes in Next to look at the car, which is against the law. I would stay far away from this place. also, when it came to getting my deposit back, I was not there. They insisted that they needed my card. So my son came and got my card (30 min drive while I was in the hospital having a transfusion ) I asked them to cut me a check 1st and They told me they couldn’t cut me a check that I needed to come back with my card in hand. after wasting a ton of gas to get my card and get back there, once we arrived they handed us a check. I was Furious like why didn’t you just give me a check the first time around, instead of totally wasting of my time and gas absolutely unbelievable. Run run run . Nykeir Was nice, crazy thing is I got a text message saying that he was no longer with the company the next day He’s honestly too good of a sales person for this place.
