  • The all cylinder auto dealership is the best one I’ve ever gone to, Robert met every issue I had with positivity and possibilities. 1000% recommend to anyone who wants a place who’s actually trustworthy and honest

  • Francisco at All Cylinders Auto was amazing to work with. He was friendly, confident, and very easy to trust. No pressure at all — just honest, helpful service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and made a lasting impression on me. I’ll definitely be recommending him to friends and anyone looking for a car.

  • I finalized the purchase of a 2014 Kia Optima from All Cylinders Auto LLC on February 17, 2026. I moved forward with the purchase under the impression that the vehicle had been properly inspected and fully repaired before being placed on the lot. However, almost immediately after driving it off the lot, I discovered serious issues that should have been caught beforehand. By the second day, I noticed the traction control sensor would activate anytime I reached speeds above 55 mph. When this happened, the vehicle would not accelerate properly, which made highway driving feel unsafe. I contacted the dealership right away. Instead of investigating the issue thoroughly, I was told the car was simply “trying to shift gears” and that I should take my foot off the gas and listen to the engine. That explanation did not resolve the problem, and the vehicle continued to lose traction and struggle to accelerate past 55 mph. When I returned the vehicle as requested, the issue still persisted. Only after keeping the car for a total of seven days did they finally determine that the problem was caused by mismatched and incorrect tire sizes that had been installed on the vehicle before it was sold to me. The front and back tires were different sizes — something that clearly should have been addressed prior to sale. In addition to that major issue, I also discovered: • The driver-side window did not function properly. • The vehicle needed an oil change. What is most disappointing is that this all comes after an earlier situation where I placed a deposit on a different vehicle. After not wanting to go through with the vehicle, the dealership refused to return my deposit but was quick to push me into another vehicle. At the time, I believed their eagerness to help me find a replacement was good customer service. Unfortunately, that urgency seems to have resulted in a rushed and negligent sale. I understand that used vehicles can come with minor issues. What I do not understand is selling a vehicle with obvious mechanical and safety-related problems while representing it as inspected and ready for the road. Now, I am left paying a car note on a vehicle that has required immediate corrections and additional expenses I was not prepared for at the time of purchase.
