  • Do not buy from Empurio Flooring. I purchased 800 square feet of flooring, and none of it is usable. Every single board has a dark line running through it, which makes the entire floor look defective once installed. I contacted the company immediately to resolve the issue or exchange the product, and they refused. Their excuse was that it was a closeout item and they “can’t take it back.” That’s unacceptable. Closeout does not mean you can sell a clearly defective product and then refuse to stand behind it. Selling bad material and then denying responsibility is not how a reputable business operates. Now I’m stuck with hundreds of square feet of unusable flooring and no support from the seller. The last picture is what I ordered.

  • We went with Emporio to buy vinyl flooring for our entire house and have no regrets. Let me tell you, deciding on flooring is not an easy task! But Kristy really helped us find the flooring we wanted. I was very specific with the flow I wanted in our house and she just nailed it! She presented  several vinyl plank options and we even stay within our budget. Eddie (the owner) was great working with us.  We had a specific time frame to work around before moving in so he was able to order the floors quickly.  We will continue to use them for other projects. Prices are exceptional and they have great quality products.

  • Nice selection. Assisted by the owner who by the way was polite and helpful. Prices are comparable to other stores.
