  • ⚠️ WARNING – BEST PRICE AUTO OUTLET INC ⚠️ Terrible experience. They charged me for my plate and title, but almost 2 months later I received neither. Communication was horrible and promises were never kept. My vehicle had to stay parked without a plate, costing me extra money on Uber. In the end, I had to pay again for the plate and title myself. Quick to take your money, but not to provide the service you paid for. I do NOT recommend this dealer!

  • DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! We purchased a vehicle from here on January 2nd and as of Feb 20 we still have no title or license plate. We have contacted them every few days and nothing. We filed a complaint with the DMV and still nothing. Getting ready to contact the media.

  • Bought a car from them back in march, this place is HORRIBLE !! If I could go back I would’ve never bought a car from them . The people here are dishonest and don’t really keep up with the conditions of the vehicles they sell . They knowingly sold me a car that had some major issues and the fact that the guy Eddie who works there knew we had children and still sold the car to us speaks volumes . They don’t answer the phone either so don’t bother calling.. oh and when they sold us the vehicle they never gave us the title . DONT GO HERE !!
