I always bring every truck I’ve owned to Ford or Kirkland service and have always been satisfied. They keep me informed about what’s going on, they are actually cost effective for the items I typically get done, and the service techs I deal with are always a good experience. Recently they even started where they will pick your truck up and drop it off as well! That was a nice surprise and made it easy.
If you're a woman, especially an older woman, don't go here. They're going to try and sell you over $400 worth of shit that you dont need while ignoring actual issues. Thank goodness I went with my mom when she took her ford ranger in for an oil change and vehicle check. She bought some additional service contract when buying the truck so she wouldn't have to worry about oil changes for a few years and so she would be reminded by ford to go in because she's forgetful and because she thought they might actually care for their customers.... THAT WAS A MISTAKE! Find a good mechanic and don't let them go, but don't look here. Onto the actual mechanics of the situation. When I walked up, a little late to the party, my mother asked me if she should have her brake fluid replaced. Then she asked if she should get this fuel additive he was suggesting. Then she asked if there was another flush she should do.... He was suggesting she have all of her brake fluid completely replaced without replacing her brakes. He also said she needed an engine flush, but her oil wasn't terribly burnt and that she needed this fuel additive because it will "clean her engine". What he was suggesting wasn't in any manual and her fuel system should he fine at this age, and if she did use a fuel additive it wouldn't be this ridiculously expensive one. I'm no mechanic, but I do have my CDL and have had to take care of the work and personal vehicles I drive for YEARS and never would I suggest perfectly fine brake fluid be replaced for no reason. Save your time, money, and sanity and go somewhere else. Also, here are photos of the things they didn't check when we left: Coolant Cabin air filter Tire wear I took my mom to O'Reilly's and bought coolant and a cabin air filter and replaced them when we were done here, so again just go somewhere else- even Jiffy Lube would have treated her better.
Came in looking for a certain Ford Raptor. The price was not what was advertised on a separate website, but the sales manager did a good job of explaining the situation and letting me know that he wanted my business. The thing that sold me on buying from them was him being flexible on the price and letting me deal a little bit. That goes a long way. Friendly salesmen, great sales managers and finance managers. I ended up buying an extended warranty because they came way down on the price of that too. Drove home a very clean truck that smelled nice too. Overall a great experience.
