  • Came in looking for a certain Ford Raptor. The price was not what was advertised on a separate website, but the sales manager did a good job of explaining the situation and letting me know that he wanted my business. The thing that sold me on buying from them was him being flexible on the price and letting me deal a little bit. That goes a long way. Friendly salesmen, great sales managers and finance managers. I ended up buying an extended warranty because they came way down on the price of that too. Drove home a very clean truck that smelled nice too. Overall a great experience.

  • We got a 2017 Toyota Sienna for a good price and are happy with our purchase! We worked with Albinko Makarevic, and he was very friendly and helpful for the whole process. They even half filled the gas tank and got a nice clean and good smelling finish on the vehicle for us. We liked the warranty they offered and recommend Albinko if he is available since he was willing to work with us on our requests and was relatable and easy to talk to. Thank you!

  • Terrible experience at the Ford dealership in Kirkland. The staff there clearly do not know how to treat serious buyers. I called ahead and explained that I wanted to test drive a Bronco Raptor and also get a trade-in quote for my Jeep. They asked me to come in and said we could handle both. However, when I arrived, the salesperson CECE told me I could not test drive the Bronco Raptor unless I first agreed to the numbers. I suggested they work on my trade-in quote while I test drive the vehicle, which is a very normal process at most dealerships, but she refused. Ironically, they took my Jeep for a drive to evaluate it, yet would not allow me to drive the $90K Bronco I came to see. I tried to stay polite and continue the conversation, but things only got worse. They eventually came back with a ridiculously low trade-in offer and then asked me to sign a quote committing to buy the vehicle before even letting me test drive it. In all my years of buying cars, I have never experienced a dealership that refuses a test drive on a $90K vehicle unless you commit to numbers first. For comparison, XXXX allows customers to test drive vehicles that cost twice as much because they understand how to treat serious customers and how to create a proper buying experience. This was easily one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had. It felt unprofessional and frankly cheap. A few days later, I ended up purchasing a Ford Bronco Raptor from another dealership that offered $10K more for my Jeep and reduced the Bronco price by $7K. The vehicle they had was also much better built than the one at the Kirkland location. This was my first and last visit to this dealership. If you want a smooth and respectful car buying experience, I recommend staying away from this place.
