  Never really write reviews but man, “Boi” the person who quoted me a price told me to stop by first thing in the morning for the price he quoted me for a set of tires. Drove far to get here and “boi” wasn’t even at the store. The next representative Quoted me $300 more than I expected and really had no Choice to move forward… these guys just throw numbers out to get you in.. I needed the tires and had to bite the bullet.. very unfortunate. Also update: 06/30 They overtighten my lugs and it snapped right off… I had to pay out of pocket and drive unsafe. No refund as of now.

  UPDATE: I’m changing my review to 3 stars because the situation was eventually handled. My dad called to explain what I said happened, but JT kept insisting it didn’t happen, talked over him, and eventually hung up. Based on that interaction, I would not feel comfortable with JT handling customer concerns in a management role. Thankfully, Fabian helped us get in contact with the owner, who handled the situation immediately and professionally. Jose was also helpful with coordinating everything and making sure the detailer contacted me. Jose is the type of employee I’d want working for any company. The wash they provided was nice and the car came out clean, but the detailer described it as his basic $65 wash, so it was not a full detail or clay-bar service. My dad will still return for tires, but I personally would not bring my BMW back. This could have been resolved the same day. I wasn’t looking to argue or cause anyone a bad day, just to have the concern handled reasonably. I hope they see this as an opportunity to improve rather than simply an unhappy customer. If you care about your vehicle, I would think twice before bringing it here. I came here because my father had good experiences with this shop and recommended them to me. I brought my BMW in to have two tires replaced, and while they were working on it, they started spray-painting rims black approximately 2–3 feet away from my car. There is absolutely no reason to spray paint anything that close to someone else's property. Overspray travels, and a customer's vehicle should never be unnecessarily put at risk. When I brought up my concern, JT did not seem to care. His response was basically that if overspray got on my car, I could come back afterward. That completely misses the point. A professional shop should be focused on preventing damage in the first place, not telling a customer they can come back after something happens. Jose, to his credit, seemed more concerned and understanding about the situation. However, overall I did not feel like my vehicle was being treated with the care or respect it should have been. I was also concerned with how the BMW was being lifted. From what I observed, they did not appear to be using the proper BMW-style jack pad adapters. BMWs have specific lifting points, and improper lifting can potentially damage them. After this happened, I asked if they could do anything further on the price because of how the situation was handled. JT responded, "You already got a discount off, bro." The problem is that the $10 discount had already been given before any of this happened. It had nothing to do with the spray painting, the risk of overspray, or my concerns about how my vehicle was being treated. Using a previous $10 discount to brush off a completely separate issue felt very dismissive and disrespectful. This isn't about expecting special treatment because I drive a BMW. Whether someone has a $40,000 car or a $4,000 car, their property deserves to be treated with respect. I came here specifically because my father trusted and recommended this business. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don't see myself or my family returning. I am open to the business reaching out and making this right, but the way my vehicle and my concerns were handled during this visit was unacceptable.
