  My experience at ProX Motors was amazing! Not only was it my first time at their location, but it was my first dealership experience and they made it absolutely unforgettable! The salesman, Julian, and Eric, the manager, have exceptional customer service! The entire atmosphere was chill and relaxing. Everyone was so personable, it was as if we all were friends having a chat. I appreciate that they worked with me in getting the best deal possible. And when I was unable to get my first choice, they worked diligently with me to accommodate my preferences in a second vehicle. I highly recommend Pro X Motors to anyone interested in purchasing a used car. The options available are actually impressive and despite being used cars, they all preserved their originality and look flawless. I was 100% nervous about going to a dealership for the first time, but Pro X Motors is such an enjoyable vibe, you sort of forget you're at a dealership purchasing a vehicle. The sales team aren't the usual "sharks" that try to hunt you down when you first get on the lot. Julian even bought my partner and I ice-cream and we connected over similar interests/ hobbies. Again, I wholeheartedly recommends anyone wanting to purchase a used car, to stop by ProX Motors in South Gate. It will be worth your while!

  DO NOT COME HERE if you value transparency and clear documentation. This dealership was one of the worst experiences I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was told the car had recently been serviced and that I didn't need to buy a warranty. Less than two weeks later, after driving fewer than 150 miles, the transmission failed in the middle of a busy intersection. The dealership kept my car for about two weeks and told me the transmission had been replaced and reprogrammed. When I picked it up, the same transmission problems returned immediately. Despite multiple requests, I never received repair documentation from the dealership. I later paid for independent diagnostics and ultimately had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to replace the transmission. I also noticed this dealership has operated from multiple locations over the years and found many reviews from customers describing similar experiences. I even pursued a small claims lawsuit over this matter. Although the court ruled against me, my personal experience with this dealership was extremely negative. If you're considering buying a car here, get an independent pre-purchase inspection, get every promise in writing, and don't rely on verbal assurances. Based on my experience, I would avoid working with Frank and Eric.
