  The person on the phone was very rude. When asking about the 2 accident report hyundai azera he answered "What accident report?" I answered "The one reported on CarGurus. When asked do you do in-house financing? He replied "Why you asked about the accident report? " I replied "I'm going to spend my money should I have the right to know"? Then he hung up on me. When I called back he said"I don't want to sell the car to you" and hung up. I calling the BBB to report this dealership. That kind of rudeness shouldn't be allowed.

  Guy seemed nice at first but did not even bring the car I wanted to look at and test drive to the lot. He left it at home in Greensboro! Instead he shows me 3 other cars (that are more expensive). Then I looked at a 2015 Chevy Cruze. I told him I liked it but wasn't sure. He then insisted we go straight to the bank and try for a loan. I got denied that day because I didn't have enough established credit for that bank (his bank) to give me a loan. He turns around and applied at another place "for me" a loan. I then got a call Monday from that place and the lady told me I had to put a $3000 down payment on the car for them to give me a $5000 loan. I told her that day I didnt have that much to put down. That I only had a third of that to possibly put down. She then said "Then we can't help you". I then told her thanks for her time and hung up. 2 days later he calls me telling me to lie to them and say I had the down payment. He tells me we would "work it out". I am not a person who likes to tell lies. He calls several times today while I'm on the phone with my mom. And messages me so I'd answer him as soon as I could. But then when I'm fixing to message him back I get this text saying that I need to be professional. He wasn't very professional when he didn't even let us test drive the car before rushing us to his bank. Mind you this was my first experience trying to get a car! Will never come back and I'll make sure to tell people I know that need a car to never do business here! ~UPDATE~ I've seen your reply and have to say my piece. It was my dad and grandpa first off. I don't know where you got uncle from. Secondly the appointment was set up for a ***test drive*** of a car you failed to have on the lot. Thirdly I was sitting in the Chevy Cruze when you insisted we go try for a loan. We went to what you said was "your bank". I having little to no credit established of course I got denied. You didnt go out of your way to get me a loan when the first place denied me. It was your idea to go somewhere else and try. You went not me. You were a very pushy person. I didn't use you to get a loan because I emailed them that day and let them know I was going another route. So no I DID NOT get a loan from Latino Community Credit! I didn't answer your constant calls and text because I was busy trying to get a car elsewhere. Which I did with a much better business. And that is whom I will be recommending to people I know.
