  • Giving this business a 1 star is too much! I purchased a vehicle 100% cash 10/June/2026. While I was reading through the E-signature paperwork, the finance person, Edgar, was talking with a friend of mine. I would interrupt them & ask questions. When it came to the "returning" the car within a 48 hour period, I advised Edgar that I wanted to keep my options open & his response was, you need to sign to move forward with the sale. He also let me drive off of the lot without any insurance. I called him on 12/June/2026 advising him that I was having issues with getting insurance & I needed to return said vehicle. He advised me that it was a CA law that since I purchased the vehicle with cash that the return of the car wasnt possible. THERE IS NO LAW. I spoke to him another time and he stated that I could not return the car for personal reasons...NO WHERE DOES IT STATE THIS. Driving the vehicle home, the transmission slipped and I had a hard time getting it back into gear. I took the car back, advised them of the issues going on since I had a 30 day warranty on it. They tell me that the car is working as it should. Told them it slipped after driving 32 miles home when the car was warm. Advised, your car is working as intended. I dropped my car off 19/June/2026 and after 11 days of being there, the only thing that was ordered was 2 tail lights. Service is slow as molasses getting parts and communication until I complained about it. Too many lies just to get a sale.
