  I bought this 2004 Honda Accord back in November 2024 I believe. Ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems this place kindly told me that there was nothing wrong with the car however I did take it to a personal mechanic. My mechanic only has Certain tools to check the basics. so we had to go by eye knowledge, and some diagnostics. 1/24 comes around I’m driving on the highway and my engine light pops on my car is jerking left and right and it won’t stop. This place only replaced one coil and left the other three burnt for it to misfire eventually, hiding the problem. First of all one week After I bought the car, I started having coolant leaks. I contacted them they said Bring it in so they can take a look at it. I took it to a different mechanic and had it fixed somewhere else 2/24 car starts overheating again needing a new radiator tensioner and a noise coming from alternator. Not to mention your mechanics, forgot to put the decompressor on my brakes, causing them to just rub on the rotor making me buy new rotors and brakes on 2/24 let’s not forget my water pump is going out in my AC does not work now. Keep in mind it did when I bought the car . This car is a complete dead. This place is a complete joke. I would not waste your time and any money, entertaining this joke it is a foolery and ridiculous that they would lie and manipulate people into buying a vehicle that is in I quote perfectly running and driving if I could write this place a negative star I would Also I’d like to add they cleaned the engine up not showing/hiding oil pan leak oil leak (huge oil leak) somewhere in system/ evap line was just hanging there aswell not connected to mount on the engine it just hangs there. I also knew after I shook the gentleman’s hand upstairs He proceeded to go downstairs to get the keys. He went outside came back upstairs and said “oh you have a nice screen in the car I didn’t even know that”. As a owner, I would know exactly what’s coming in and out of my shop what is being Worked on Etc.. Spark plug 4 Tensioner pulley Radiator Alternator Oil change Brakes Rotors Not done yet: Water pump (i have part) Oil leak-(oil pan seal) Head gasket seal (missing half the seal) Selling a bad car to me and expecting them to return for business/referral is funny keep your emails they’re a waste of time

  ⚠️ Consumer Warning Please be cautious and avoid purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I bought a car from them, and within three months, the head gasket failed. I had to pay out of pocket for repairs, only to experience additional problems just two months later — issues that continued for nearly two years. Those two years were extremely stressful. When I first visited, the staff seemed genuine and eager to help me find a reliable car. I was also told that financing through them would help build my credit. Unfortunately, that was not true. After my vehicle had to be towed three times in less than a year, I decided to go to a reputable dealership to pay off the loan and get a new car. However, the banks refused to take my trade because this dealership had never reported my payments to the credit bureaus during the entire two years I had the vehicle. I ultimately returned the car voluntarily, but it was still reported to my credit as if I defaulted on a loan. I never had one late payment I was always on time! I later discovered that this business is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and already has several complaints filed against it. When I once tried to refinance through them, the owner said he would only help if I removed my negative Google review that I put when head gasket blew. That experience alone says a lot about their business practices. I’m sharing this to help others avoid the stress, financial loss, and frustration I went through. Please research thoroughly before buying — and be aware that their responses to reviews often attempt to twist the truth to protect their image.
