  This Place is truly a HIDDEN GEM!!! And I can’t believe the experience and service these guys gave.. Got an awesome 2015 Chevy from them and it actually was the first of many vehicles I’ve purchased that I didn’t even test drive first, it had an issue with it and they told me to bring it back the next day. When I tell you these guys went above and beyond to take care of an issue that would have cost me thousands easy is an understatement this 2015 feels like a new truck now..Very easy to reach out to and talk with,solid business and something you never experience especially when dealing with car dealers.Alex and his crew are stand up guys and if there is a bad comment about this business it has to be personal because professionally this spot top notch!! Great selection of vehicles, actually gave a discount on the price, and very personable with the customers!! I’m taking my brother to check one out soon!

  I bought a 2017 Chevy 1500 High Country from John (Cash deal). I knew with the high miles (170k) there would be some wear and tear items that need fixing. He also convinced me to purchase a warranty to cover "any" repairs. Surprise surprise it doesn't cover anything. They also have an in house warranty that is also worthless as I've only put one thousand miles on the truck. After taking the truck into a reliable trusted mechanic shop, they found $9,000 dollars (parts and labor) worth of repairs that it needs. I sent the quote to John and the service manager at Ultimate Rides but they keep blowing me off. After several phone calls it is clear that they want nothing to do with repairing this truck. I'm not even asking for them to cover all the repairs just for some help on it. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I encourage buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected before signing. I knew that I should have taken it to a 3rd party shop for inspection but I rushed through the process and now I'm going to pay for it. They offer lifted trucks with high miles that need repairs. I gave the dealership multiple chances to address the issue before leaving this review.
