  I bought a 2012 Lincoln from Husam and the process was made very easy for me, I am working 65+ hour weeks and most Saturdays on top of that and my only vehicle died on me, and is not worth fixing. I have a stay at home wife and a daughter in school and no car just doesn’t work for us. Without time to come in and kick tires and do paperwork Husam got me into a great vehicle at an awesome price. I will be buying all of my vehicles through Armadillo from now on and working directly with Husam because he is willing to work hard for me and I really appreciate it. I have put the car through its paces and it’s super solid, clean and a pleasure to drive! This isn’t a dealership where you get the hard sell on a not so great vehicle and are pressured to make a decision, they want to get you into the best vehicle you can afford and will work to do so Thank you again, Husam!!   Excellent experience buying a 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-350 I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-350 from Armadillo Auto Sales. The process was smooth, transparent, and pressure-free from start to finish. Brian was professional and easy to work with, and Husam was outstanding during the test drive — very knowledgeable about Mercedes vehicles and happy to answer questions without any pressure. The car was exactly as described, drove beautifully, and the entire transaction felt honest and fair. I would absolutely recommend Armadillo Auto Sales to friends and family.   I purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Armadillo Auto Sales, owned by Todd Sanderson, and put Cash Down. Within the first day, the vehicle developed electrical issues and the transmission began jerking. I contacted Todd immediately and returned the vehicle. At that time, I was clearly told I would receive my full down payment back. When I followed up for the refund, I was only given a portion of it, and Todd claimed he withheld the remaining amount for a “pet hair detailing fee.” I do not own any pets, and the vehicle was returned in the same condition it was sold to me. That fee was not legitimate—it was simply used as a reason to keep part of my money after the vehicle was returned due to mechanical problems. This wasn’t handled with honesty or professionalism. The dealership refused to take responsibility for a vehicle that clearly had issues from the start, and instead tried to shift blame and keep a portion of the down payment. I have already documented the communication and will be filing formal complaints with the Washington State Attorney General, the FTC, and proceeding with Small Claims Court to recover the remaining balance plus filing costs. Anyone considering doing business here should be aware of how this situation was handled and make an informed decision Update: After returning the vehicle due to mechanical issues and being told I would receive my down payment back, the dealership initially issued a partial refund. As of today, Armadillo Auto Sales and owner Todd Sanderson have reversed that refund, leaving me with none of my down payment returned. To be clear: • The vehicle was returned immediately. • I was told my down payment would be refunded. • The dealership first gave back only part of it. • And has now pulled that refund back entirely. This means the dealership has now kept my down payment while also having the vehicle back in their possession. There is no justification for this, and it is now being documented and reported as fraudulent withholding of funds. I am updating this review to ensure the public is accurately informed.
