  • I purchased a vehicle from ANF on October 13, 2025, and the experience has been a nightmare from the very first day. The car became undriveable within 24 hours. it was smoking and would not turn on. The dealership refused to send a tow truck, leaving me stranded on the side of the road for over 6 hours. I had to pay for towing myself, and even though they promised reimbursement, I still have not received it. The vehicle has been in and out of their shop from day one, always returning with the same unresolved problem. I have time-stamped messages, photos, and documentation showing everything, yet the dealership continues to give me the run-around instead of fixing the issue, offering a replacement, or honoring the contract. Based on the delays and lack of transparency, it feels as though they’re trying to stall until the BMW warranty activates instead of addressing the real problem. The cars at ANF may look nice on the lot, but once you buy the vehicle, you’re on your own even if it stalls, smokes, or dies the very first day. I’m sharing my experience to protect future customers from going through what I’ve endured.
