  I am very happy with my overall experience @ GW Trucks. Their open and honest posting of advertisements including the Car Fax that shows any past vehicle maintenance and damage history allowed me to find a SUV that I am very happy with. I first began working with Nas and I also had the pleasure of working with Austin while trying to pick out the right vehicle. I ended up purchasing an Audi Q7, which one of the managers had taken off premise for a road trip to an auto auction. Austin inquired to the vehicle’s whereabouts and about 20 minutes later the Q7 was on site. Austin was a huge fan of Audi’s and he took me on a test drive. I immediately knew this was my next vehicle. I checked all the available Q7 within a 100 mile radius and GW Truck’s price was on the lower (not the cheapest, but was competitive) end and the fees they charge on the closing documents are similar to most other dealers in the Jacksonville area. During the financing and paperwork phase, Kemal went above and beyond what I’ve normally experienced getting me the best possible deal with a very low interest rate and he helped me select the best possible extended warranty (which I was surprised the warranty didn’t cost very much). They gave me a very reasonable offer for my trade in as well. I was in and out of the finance phase within about an hour and on my way home. They have a great selection of vehicles and made me feel at home during the whole car shopping experience. Just be sure to check all details on the Car Fax and make sure you’re getting what you want. Some of the vehicles do have accident history, but they’re priced accordingly. I would not hesitate to make another visit in the future when I’m in the market for my next vehicle. This is my first Audi and as a former BMW owner I can say Audi makes great vehicles.

  This is a great place to buy a vehicle. I was looking for a green bronco and they had one. I sent them an online inquiry and got a text back immediately. I responded via text with what I wanted to trade in, sent several photos and info on it and also told them my budget. By the end of the day they called me and we were very close. So I agreed, and they sent me a statement of the cost out the door. The next morning I drove to Jacksonville from Tampa and arrived and they said they needed to evaluate my trade. I thought "here we go" but they came back with exactly what they agreed and I was in and out in my new bronco in less than an hour. Everyone who worked there was nice and polite, it was one of the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle. Honest, Fair, Direct, Easy. If you are reading this know this is a great place to buy from. I work for a shipping company and buy several vehicles each year and this was a great company, believe me. They didn't waste my time or get me in and bait and switch me in any way, they didn't try to sell me an aftermarket warranty and add things on to the price we agreed on, they were straight forward and a pleasure to buy from. When it comes time for me to get my next vehicle, I will check their inventory first and happily drive to Jacksonville again just for the ease of the experience.

  These guys helped me turn my boring basic Silverado into a lifted roaring power machine. Nenad in the service dept is a perfectionist, and won’t let your truck back out onto the road until it’s running perfectly.
