  • I ordered a bunch of hair dye from them, 12 of each color. The shipment was scanned and sent but delayed by UPS somewhere, and when I contacted them they sent me both orders again immediately. They even found the delayed shipment and sent it to me with a nice hand written note, and an extra 3 pack of a different color. Was ordering discontinued hairdye so I was a bit skeptical at first but I wish I got this kind of quick remedy from every where I shop. They were great about it. Thank you.
