So today I purchase my first JEEP and I couldn’t have done it without the help of Stephanie. She was so helpful understanding and VERY patient with me as I was nervous, scared and overwhelmed. But I did it and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Stephanie for all your help and encouragement during this process. If yall need a vehicle go talk to Stephanie and let her know I referred you. It’s a JEEP THANG
I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle! John aka Highpockets and Stephanie were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. They took the time to make sure I drove away in something I truly loved while also working hard to get me the best deal possible. I never felt pressured, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful for all of their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you again!
Terrible experience so far. Don’t recommend. Honestly would give it 0 stars if I could. Yeah customer service is good and all, but make sure the car your looking into has been serviced properly before driving off the lot because they DO NOT offer warranty so if anything is wrong with the vehicle it is on YOU. Kris worked with me and did a well job during the process of me purchasing the vehicle, but this company did some things to this 2016 dodge challenger that they shouldn’t have. First of all, I’m thinking everything is functional with the vehicle as it is stated on Facebook marketplace, but I thought wrong lol. The horn didn’t work, which was quite surprising, and also was a mild crack in the driver side mirror. They replaced the battery with the wrong size one which caused me problems of course, such as my car dying out of nowhere, nothing working not even the buttons on the key fob nor anything on the inside. Had to call triple a a few times so they could come and jump me, also bought AND REPLACED the battery since it wasn’t the right fit for my car (costed about $400 for installation and battery purchase). I also was in the middle of driving a few days after purchasing the vehicle, when all of a sudden my car shutoff and I had to push my vehicle to safety WHILE ON THE MAIN ROAD (not safe at all). Luckily I made it home, but apparently it was the crankshaft position sensor which caused my car to break down and not turn on for a while according to a free CEL scan at autozone I got, which I then later got fixed which costed me about $250. I had a few common pentastar problems on this vehicle you’ve probably heard before such as my engine oil cooler housing falling apart because of the plastic design, and got a oil pressure sensor/switch replaced as well which costed around $1000 for both. I also have a ticking noise from my engine after warmup, which I believe to be the beginning of wear of the lifters or rocker arms or possibly camshaft which all isn’t cheap to fix. Also the sunglasses holder doesn’t close 😭 and my Service Electronic Stability Control light is on because of a wheel position sensor or whatever. I just wanna let you know to NOT come here unless you wanna get ripped off especially if your expecting a functioning vehicle without dumping a ton of money into it after buying. If you do decide to come here, make sure you know what your doing or you go with somebody (I recommend since I didn’t do) who knows about cars and what to listen for. Only get a vehicle from here if you are FOR SURE the vehicle has been serviced before driving and hasn’t been beat on. I won’t be back though that’s for sure, I called and they were little to no help and had no major concern over the phone. Don’t come here and get scammed just don’t.
