  • Came here after everyone said a world of bs. Co-signer, super ridiculously downpayment that could buy a whole dang car!! But DAVID!!! Plays no games got us in and got us out, monthly payment affordable with an amazing warranty, even hooked us up with his insurance guy and got super affordable full coverage rates.   • The customer service was polite and the process initially felt smooth. I originally went in for a different vehicle, but someone else was test driving it. I was asked to wait to see if that customer would be approved. While waiting, I was shown a 2012 Highlander instead. It had higher mileage than I wanted (170k miles) and was slightly over my budget, but it had a clean Carfax and very good interior and exterior condition, so I became interested. I asked about getting the vehicle inspected and was told that would be fine. We applied for financing before being shown a full written breakdown of the numbers. The pricing details were not provided upfront and were only given after we specifically asked for them. After approval, we were allowed to take the vehicle for an independent inspection at our expense. The inspection identified several needed repairs. The vehicle was listed online at $10,495, but the base price shown on the paperwork and submitted to the bank was higher than the advertised price. When I asked about the difference, I was told the bank determined the price. I was also later told the vehicle would be sold based on their mechanic’s assessment. We ultimately could not agree on pricing and chose not to move forward.
