  • Recently purchased a car here. Had a great experience throughout the process. I had an issue with the car but they were able to take care of it right away. People are really nice and I hope to buy another car from them in the future.

  • If I could give zero stars, I would. The male employee we worked with was kind and professional; however, our experience with the female staff member, Sheila, was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, she was standoffish and dismissive, and she shut down any possibility of negotiation by making an insulting remark, “I see customers like you every day, trying to negotiate.” Isn’t that what you do at a car dealership? We have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. As someone in a customer-facing role, her behavior was unacceptable and made us feel as though our presence was an inconvenience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership. At least not as long as that woman is working there.
