  Hilda just left a review giving this place 5 stars when she got this pathfinder 12 days ago.. this is the result!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! the pathfinder started on fire on its own luckily my mom was not in the car at the time! Stay away from this dealership!!!

  Just bought a 2010 Honda Accord! Great customer service from Chris and smooth fast process! Love it ! If I could give this place a zero star I would. The only reason they have good reviews is because they make you leave a review before you leave. Mind you on marketplace it says they only wanted $2500 down, I paid an extra $250 like Valdez asked in total $2750. First day I got the car on 3/6 it broke down in the middle of the highway 12 hours later on 3/7. Not to mention he sold me a car that needed a wheel alignment but I was in need of a car so I got it anyway. They towed it saying the “gas reader” was broke. I went 2 days without the car paying for Lyfts again just for them to bring it to me saying “it’s fixed” I get the car back on 3/9 and drive it up the road to the store and the check engine light comes on. I told Valdez and I brought the car in the next day 3/10 and was given a rental for almost 2 weeks. I got the car back which is when I gave my first cash payment and it was STILL lights on the dashboard but I ignored cause the car was running better than when I first got it. Fast forward to today 4/26/25 I wake up at 5:30pm to my car being towed saying I missed payments. Luckily I pay through cash app after my first cash payment they said it’s better to pay that way so I had proof of my payments. So I call Valdez and he’s basically being rude and unprofessional saying that has nothing to do with him… how is that and you’re the one that sold me the car? None of my payments besides one were documented so on their end it looks like I didn’t make any payments when I’ve only had the car for a little over a month and done paid $3500 on it so far even after it broke down on me the next day. Then they ripped my whole bumper off towing the car and Valdez said “oh well” and shrugged as I got in the car and pulled off. Now I have to wait until next week to get my bumper fixed, riding around with no bumper on a car I’ve paid for and has done nothing but cause me trouble. Not to mention the car was only $5900 cash but they are charging me over $8000 for the car cause it’s being financed. $8000 for a 2010 Honda accord with $500 monthly payments doesn’t even sound right but like I said I was in need of a car so I got it. If you can go somewhere else, do it! let this place be your LAST option.
