These guys won’t back their products. I bought a truck from them 10 days ago. 2023 Ford F350 Dually. When I first looked at the truck, everything seemed fine. Only after I got it did more start popping up. 3 tire sensors stopped working day 2. I just chocked that up and replaced all of them. $375 bucks. Wasn’t that big of a deal to me. Previous owner lowered the back of the truck. But I plan to use it for work. So I scheduled a few things on it to get done. Simple everyday stuff easy to do. Spray bed liner, fifth wheel hitch installed, get the truck back to right height and add air bags. Oh and replace window tint because it was illegal. So work started day 9. Shop disconnected the battery. Normal procedure when hooking up pump for airbags. But when they hooked battery back up they noticed something strange. I had zero lights or power inside the cab. So they contacted Ford because the service manager there use to work for the install place. Ford service manager said shouldn’t have been any problem but to bring it up there. Said maybe the BCM was glitching. Turns out they found out a few things. Ford said that there was previous damage to the battery junction box, the BCM was not factory and wiring fried. NOTE: It was never disclosed to us when buying the truck there was previous damage to the truck. Car Choice got the vehicle from a mutual friend. After more digging, turns out the mechanics at CarChoice don’t pay attention when getting these vehicles ready. So figured I’d contact car choice. Let them know what I found out about previous damage, issues now having and see if they would make it right. Said I would get a call soon. But 2 hours later, no call. I then messaged finance guy who was suppose to be contacting his GM He told me the GM was speaking to the mechanic about it. That was a lie. Then a few hours later, still no call back. I then messaged asking that the GM call me. Finance guy said “ok, no problem” Hours later, nothing. I contacted The finance guy again and told him if I had to get lawyers involved I would. His response was “ OK understand” I never received a call from the GM until two days later. Explain to him the situation And what Ford figured out Turns out when their mechanic did the detail work on the engine they pressure washed and greased it, and did not have a cover on the fuse box underneath the hood That caused water And degreaser to go down into the fuse box and short out some wiring. Not enough that it broke the wiring, but just enough that it made it brittle. So when we were having my work done on the vehicle, and that kickplate underneath, the passenger door was taken off that moved the wiring and broke the brittle wires. Ford also informed me that the fender had been taken off and repaired, That the headlights sustained damage and that the fuse box itself sustained damage. All of course, information that we were not given when we purchased the vehicle that there had been some kind of accident. The GM asked me what I would like him to do, And I told him that he needed to make it right whatever he thought that needed to be. I was gonna leave it in their hands to tell me what they thought was right. He also asked that I checked to see if this could be covered under warranty, but I explained to him that because the fuse box Cover was not installed, that that is not a warranty covered issue, but that I would still ask for. And I was correct that would not be something that was covered under warranty. The general manager said he would contact me the next day that afternoon and let me know what his boss said they would do. But I never received that phone call. I went two days without my vehicle It ended up costing me $1275 at Ford to have a new fuse box installed the diagnostic done and the wires that were damaged fixed. Technically it should’ve cost me a lot more than that but the guy Ford cut me a deal. Car choice has not made contact again about what they plan to do to make it right. So now I have no choice but to get a lawyer involved.
Great place to buy a car! Alex El Niño took great care of me and my family. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for new transportation. Whether it's something for the family or something sporty, this is the place. I'll definitely be buying my next car from carchoice.com. Thanks again.
I had an amazing experience at this dealership from start to finish. The staff and especially my salesman Aidan, were incredibly friendly, professional, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The selection was great, the pricing was fair, and the customer service truly stood out. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure you leave happy. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.
