  Five Star Autos lives up to it’s name! John, one of their stellar employee team members, assisted us in the purchase of a truck. We live out of state and flew in to Seattle with plans to drive it home. John picked us up from the airport, made the purchase and paperwork seamless. The staff are friendly, showed great integrity and the owner even delivered our forgotten luggage to our hotel after we left. Customer care was exceptional, the truck was exactly as advertised and priced better than any other auto seller in the United States that we searched out. We would not hesitate to do business with this seller in the future.

  I have to leave another review for the team at Five Star Auto. These gentlemen are salt of the earth. They exemplify honesty, integrity, transparency, authenticity, and the list goes on in both word and practice. From the initial purchase to intermitment inquiries/service this team has been there to help me out. I urge anyone considering Five Star Auto to take the same leap of faith I did as you will find yourself in good hands. If the world operated like Five Star Auto, the world would be better off.

  Buying our medium duty truck from Gabe at 5 Star Auto was one of the best experiences ever. It worked out great, as I was late getting to the dealership after work hours they stayed late to finish the sale, I got to meet Gus the owner who shared fun stories and invited me to contact them should anything come up during my trip home, as it was obvious they knew their products completely. I'm part way home and grateful, they did all they could to make my 16 year old truck feel and perform like new. I'm really optimistic this is going to be a great truck just like they said it was. I'm confident in recommending 5 Star Auto, Gabe the great salesman and Gus the owner as honest and good men with a good team of people working hard to make the equipment reliable and clean and mechanically correct, keeping the price as low as possible. It has been the kind of deal I was hoping it would be. Thank you Gabe, Gus and the whole team. I read good reviews after agreeing to buy about these guys, wondering if the reviews we legit, I assure you, I'm just a regular person who was very impressed, truly happy customer right here.
