  I recently contacted this dealership about a vehicle I was interested in and spoke with Luis regarding price negotiation. The vehicle has been sitting on the lot for over 2 months, so I made a reasonable opening offer based on the current CARFAX value of approximately $26,000. Unfortunately, Luis became upset as soon as I presented my offer, interrupted me, claimed someone had offered $38,000 and was denied, then abruptly hung up before I could continue the conversation. I understand not every offer will be accepted, but negotiation is a normal part of purchasing a vehicle and customers deserve professionalism and respect. Buyers beware—this dealership does not seem willing to negotiate. Their first priority appears to be pulling your credit, then presenting inflated or misleading numbers to make it seem like you’re receiving a discount. It honestly feels like they prefer easy clients who don’t do their research and simply accept whatever pricing is presented. As a salesperson myself, I would never handle a potential client this way or risk damaging my business’s reputation. Very disappointing experience.

  I do not recommend buying any car from this dealer. They are not licensed in the state of Florida and sell cars as-is. They do not disclose prior accidents and are very dishonest, operating like a scam. Please do not waste your money at this dealership. I am currently preparing to sue them with my lawyer. If anyone else would like to join me, please contact me so we can work together.
