  I had a very disappointing experience trying to purchase a 2012 Mercedes-Benz from this place. Everything seemed fine at first, but things quickly became suspicious when I asked to see and test drive the car. Initially, the salesman, Robert, refused to allow a test drive. Later, we agreed to have the car inspected by his mechanic, but when I arrived, he claimed he didn’t have a mechanic and said I should have brought my own instead. When I asked if I could take the car elsewhere for an inspection, I was told the car does not have insurance, so it cannot be driven. This lack of transparency and constantly changing information is very concerning. As a buyer, I need to be able to test drive the vehicle and have it properly inspected—especially when considering a car like a 2012 Mercedes-Benz, where potential engine or mechanical issues could be very costly. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and unreliable. The salesman was unable to communicate clearly and did not provide basic conditions necessary for a safe and informed purchase. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy car-buying experience. Robert is a failure. A typical unprofessional and misleading used car salesman. He’s your liability. I’d rather walk than buy a car from you. Just read your overall review and spend time reflecting on why your customers shit on your lack of service versus being defensive and blame the buyers. You failed or Robert failed to practice good business 101. Be transparent and provide the best possible service to your customers and your business will grow. You think about it. I sent someone from San Francisco that cost me time and money. He test drove the car around 11am. I wanted an inspection at 4pm bc my representative could at that time and Robert said we can set an appointment at 4pm and my guy returned at 4pm only to be turned away. I called and Robert said he didn’t promised that 4pm appt. He’s a liar to me. Check his phone and you will know I called him at 4pm. Check your video and it will show my guy is there at 4pm. Maybe you should stop accepting lies from Robert and listen to your customers and not blame them. Otherwise you will lose more business as I was ready to take that car that day. You use some sense please!

  If you want a straightforward no gimmick sales experience look no further, these guys are top notch. I wad shopping for a new work van, and TMG had a couple of vans on their lot that suited my needs, I settled on a low mileage in 2012 Ford Transit, and they made the purchasing process quick and easy. Their pricing was competitive, and I didn't have to waste the day haggling, I paid a fair price, and they handled the paperwork promptly and paid me fairly for my trade-in. They never tried to upsell me with unnecessary dealer prep packages or any of the typical car dealership B.S. that I've dealt with in the past. I rolled away in my new truck in less than 2 hours! This was by far the best and least stressful car buying experience I've ever had. It is truly a pleasure to deal with these guys. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and I was greeted and welcomed immediately upon arrival (this is becoming a rare occurrence these days). There was no pressure or pushy sales techniques, and I simply couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the service. I live in San Diego, but I'd drive back to Santa Ana for my next car just to deal with these guys. They're that much better than the rest! Give TMG a call, and you won't regret it!

  One of the most professional experiences recently purchased a Cadillac Escalade priceless car fine. The staff was very professional. On Time communicated the policies allowing to view the car test drive to get a good feel of what you’re gonna purchase. People look no further. This is the place to get your future car approval process was very good and also in a timely matter TMG auto sales for me. Definitely will purchase again.
