Purchased a 2016 Tesla Model S about 3 days ago from Bucketbuddy. Chris was very helpful and responsive, we tried to work out a remote sale but I ended up going in person. Chris was very honest and straightforward with the condition of the vehicle. I test drove it and had some small issues which were corrected immediately and was also given insight on how to make my driving experience more enjoyable. - easy preapproval process through capital one - Chris helped me set up my Tesla account so I could charge my vehicle - provided a very easygoing environment with tons of information for a customer who is new to Tesla vehicles. - great overall experience. Yes some things could have been done differently, but the price and the service with genuine concern left me with a great experience - so far, I have driven the car 500 miles and love the vehicle. I would definitely do business again!
I have bought 2 used teslas here. The staff are super nice and accommodating. When I bought my model x I didn’t realize the A/C wasn’t working right cuz it was cool outside. A few months later I found out it needed to be replaced and Tesla wanted $3200, Bucket Buddy was so nice, they said if they’d known they would have replaced it before selling it. I did not have an extended warranty but they fixed it anyway and charged me a fraction of the cost only for the labor. I will send people here because they go above and beyond for their customers, that is rare to find!
Very professional, patient, and reliable. When I had a problem with the car early on they responded quickly and fixed it for free. Everything has been going smoothly ever since and the registration and tags came in the mail recently. It even came with nice snow tires when I bought it over the winter. Took on last month’s snowstorm up in the mountains no problem. Great place you can find some good deals here!
