  • I traded in my car and purchased a vehicle from here. The transaction was smooth. The price was great. The customer service was on point. I purchased a vehicle in March 2025 and there were some admin issues that arose this month that needed attention I needed a copy of the bill of sale and as soon as I emailed them same day, they responded with all the documents that I needed and I am truly grateful the email that they sent me was very professional and they wanted to make sure that I had everything that I needed provided everything that I needed and I couldn’t be more grateful after purchasing the car. I let the five star review months later again customer service asking for some documents on Par with the review I previously left again five stars if I didn’t move out of California, I would purchase another vehicle from this company.

  • As soon as I got on the lot, I was greeted and asked if I wanted to test drive a vehicle. Chris was knowledgeable of the car I wanted to look at. We went for a cruise and afterwards, there was no hard press. He explained the history of the vehicle and the rigorous inspection and maintenance the car went through. I went home feeling like I didn't have any questions and was pretty much ready to buy. I had to get rid of my car which took a couple of days, but he was patient with me and helped with financing. It was such a smooth process and I feel like tbis place was no nonsense and upfront about everything. Would definitely recommend Bucket Buddy and Chris to all my friends and family. Thank you!

  • My husband and I purchased a car from BucketBuddy recently and we had a really good experience. The staff was very helpful and they weren’t heavily pushing the sale like other dealerships. The application process was fairly quick also. Not even 3 days later, the driver door handle broke. We were able to bring the car back to them and have their mechanic fix it free of charge. Overall, our experience with them was good.
