  My husband and I purchased a car from BucketBuddy recently and we had a really good experience. The staff was very helpful and they weren’t heavily pushing the sale like other dealerships. The application process was fairly quick also. Not even 3 days later, the driver door handle broke. We were able to bring the car back to them and have their mechanic fix it free of charge. Overall, our experience with them was good.

  I traded in my car and purchased a vehicle from here. The transaction was smooth. The price was great. The customer service was on point. I purchased a vehicle in March 2025 and there were some admin issues that arose this month that needed attention I needed a copy of the bill of sale and as soon as I emailed them same day, they responded with all the documents that I needed and I am truly grateful the email that they sent me was very professional and they wanted to make sure that I had everything that I needed provided everything that I needed and I couldn’t be more grateful after purchasing the car. I let the five star review months later again customer service asking for some documents on Par with the review I previously left again five stars if I didn’t move out of California, I would purchase another vehicle from this company.

  Our Experience was not the best when first discovering this dealership. We were approached by a salesman that didn’t seem like a true salesman’s trying to pitch a good sale. A few short days later we went back after getting a call from a manager to try and pursue a better deal for us and get us back in there which we were happy with after getting someone new there. Although that process seemed better, we would soon be awaken by several factors wrong with the vehicle. We have had several service appointments to Tesla that have cost us $$$thousands of dollars for repairs. Bake Tires, bad window regulators, air conditioning failed on us, little plastic of interior have began to fall apart on seats. Still have to get it back into Tesla for bad ultra sonic sensors for the falcons doors that the sales man said was normal for the doors to operate and Tesla assured us that there is something wrong with them, including the passenger door hinge not operating correctly. Overall I would stay away from purchasing a vehicle from this place. It will cost you some money. Hopefully, the dealership will do right by us and cover the repair costs of Teslas service and more.
