  Pretty good and efficient and good with such a small staff. Knew what they were talking about per vehicle when it came to its capabilities,past owner, and was able to upkeep the integrity of the vehicle within their ownership. Along with being respectful gave me a good rate and a reasonable price for my trade in and were much more down to earth with their prices compared to most higher end or bigger dealerships. The Yaman guy help me get out very quick and the financial advisor gave no bs and went straight to the point with how my rates and pay was gonna be overall great would recommend for any starter cars here to build upon or if you’re looking for a reasonably priced care for your first vehicle. Edit: So after about four months of having it had no real problems most if not all liquids were changed or flushed. The one problem I did have was some sensors and a belt nothing I couldn’t change so I still stand by my review

  The team at Venture Auto was kind and willing to address any questions and concerns we had about the car. This auto dealer is a family owned business, and you can tell the team works hard for their business. Give these guys a chance, and tour their lot. They have a lot of quality vehicles.

  Some of these 5 star reviews are from employees of this dealership. As others have said the cars come with issues as with any used car, mine was no exception. The brakes were worn down and grinding metal to metal contact, it also appeared that someone had broken into the car previously as there are scrapings on top of driver's door and seal damaged, this results in water getting in during rain and carwashes and also loud whistling noise when driving. My low rating however is not for that since I expect used cars to have issues. My problem is this dealership's dishonesty and shady practices. They claim to be open and honest which they are not. They promised to fix my broken windshield which they did not, I made numerous phone calls and was given a run around. Don't expect them to fix anything they promise you. When applying for the car loan, I did it at home, was preapproved with one bank, all that was left was to finalize at dealership; yet these people processed my application as if I was applying with them, resulting in multiple, unnecessary hard inquiries on my credit report from different lenders. I did NOT ask them to add an extended warranty but they without even asking me enrolled me for a $2,000 contract with A.U.L/Protective Asset Protection. I told them the car will be used for rideshare and food delivery and knowing full well that Protective AP does NOT cover commercial use vehicles, still went ahead and enrolled me which is fraud because the warranty would not be honored even in the event of a covered failure. If you are planning to buy their extended warranty, you should know that Protective AP has numerous complains on BBB and a poor rating for refusing to pay claims and failure to refund money. I cancelled over a month ago and I am yet to see one penny back. If you buy a car here with hidden issues and hope the warranty will help you, you will be disappointed, they do not honor pre-existing conditions. Also if they determine that part failure was caused by negligence, they will deny your claim (even if it was the previous owner who was negligent by not keeping up with oil changes). If you are financing a car here, read everything you sign because what they tell you does not match what you are signing and don't expect them to honor any word they give you by mouth. Lastly, the temporary tags they gave me expired long before they sent me the actual plates. It took them over a month to ship them, I had to go to a licensing office and pay $80 for replacement plates.
