  • Andy Turner was amazing to work with. I came into the dealership with more than one concern and Andy addressed all of them. He listened and was very patient. He gave me his complete attention and I left the dealership happy and in a vehicle I was happy with and felt safe in. I will be recommending Andy and the dealership to my family and friends!

  • ⭐☆☆☆☆ It is honestly embarrassing that Cape Coral Dodge is allowed to operate their dealership this way. I have never felt so disrespected, ignored, or left completely in the dark as a customer. Their service advisors openly disrespected me in front of other customers, which was humiliating and unacceptable. Communication is nearly nonexistent — I went weeks without responses, having to chase down information myself just to find out what was happening with my vehicle. This involves a brand new 2025 Dodge 2500, yet it feels like once they convinced me to buy the truck, they completely stopped caring about taking care of me. I was told parts would be ordered and that I would be contacted with a timeline or notified when they arrived. That never happened. A manager told me he wanted to handle the situation personally, said he would be out, and promised to contact me when he returned — I was never contacted. On top of all of that, they performed an unwanted oil change well before it was even due. My truck only had around 6,000 miles, and I was told service was recommended at 10,000 miles. I clearly stated that I wanted to wait, yet they proceeded anyway. They also claimed to have done a full tire rotation, which I later confirmed was not done at all — the tires hadn’t been moved, which was obvious due to the markings. Even worse, they spilled oil all over the top of my engine, which then blew through the fan and splattered onto the underside of my hood. When I confronted them, they acted completely surprised. My service advisor even told me that if it were his own truck, he wouldn’t bring it there for an oil change and would handle it himself, which says everything about the confidence they have in their own service department. Instead of taking accountability, the same advisor became disrespectful and confrontational, telling me that going to his manager was wrong and that I was “starting problems” for him. That is a pathetic response, especially when I was calm, respectful, and simply trying to understand what was happening and how to get it corrected. The situation escalated to the point where his manager had to tell him to walk away, all in front of other customers. I was then told it was a new technician, yet clearly no one was supervising, because oil was everywhere. That level of carelessness on a brand new truck is unacceptable. The way dealerships are allowed to treat customers like this is absolutely ridiculous. They push you to buy vehicles and then refuse to stand behind them or treat customers with basic respect. I would never recommend Cape Coral Dodge to anyone. Once they have your money, you are completely on your own. Additionally, they claimed they were unable to duplicate a loud air noise coming through my antenna, stating that their technicians had driven the truck and could not hear anything. However, when my service advisor got into the truck with me, the noise was noticeable within the first minute of driving. This makes it extremely hard to trust anything I’m told, and it genuinely feels like 90% of what comes out of this dealership is not honest. It’s really sad, because I’ve brought a previous truck here in the past and never had an issue. I don’t know if this is due to new management or a complete lack of care, but whatever has changed, it’s unacceptable.

  • Had an Amazing experience at this dealership, starting with the Sales Rep, Milton Benjamin, who spent a considerable amount of time with us and not pushy in the least bit. He kept us engaged and laughing which is welcomed during the new car purchase process, thank you Ben! And then there’s Joe Wright (GSM) who made it impossible for us to leave without a car, thank you very much Joe! The entire experience from start to finish including Finance (Ezequiel) and the Service Dept (Micheal), thank you both, will make it difficult for us to consider another brand once my lease expires!
