Andy Turner hands-down, made this the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Instead, he focused on finding the right fit of vehicle for my family and budget. His knowledge of the inventory, and even competing models was impressive; he patiently walked me through every feature, answered dozens of questions, and even pulled up comparisons on the spot, from other dealerships in the southeast. Andy went above and beyond, by coordinating a last-minute test drive, and helping with financing options transparently, along with help from their finance team member Joe Aviles. Negotiating the final price was a pleasure, quick and as promised. No last minute "options or invoice" gimmicks or surprises.
