I had a fantastic experience buying my used car here, Jeep Grand Cherokee. Was greeted at the door by Sabrina. She right away asked me if there was anything I needed. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming. My sales representative, Lazaro, was amazing to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle features, patient with all my questions, and—best of all—never made me feel pressured. The pricing was completely transparent with zero hidden fees or surprises. I was glad the dealership was willing to negotiate pricing. Carlos in the finance department was is a financing guru. Great folks won't do you wrong. Sales manager Jose Gravata went hard to work to find me the best bank for the lowest rate possible over two days. Me and my wife Naomi's experience at Miami Lakes Automall was tremendous. Juan Miguel Cordovi the salesman was excellent, RJ the finance guy was great, they really took great of us, they explained everything about our purchase, about the car we brought as well as answered any of our questions we had. Me and my wife Naomi would highly recommend buying a car here at Miami Lakes Automall and make sure you go see Juan and RJ when going to look at the car you want and making your purchase. No question is a stupid question to them, they guide you through the process, they treat you like family, they take care fo your all your needs. Excellent service all around.
