I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Hollywood Chrysler Jeep. The whole process went smoothly, and everyone made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Nobody was pushy or made me feel pressured into making a decision, which I really appreciated. They were all reasonable, easy to work with, and made the experience a lot less stressful than buying a car can sometimes be. I want to give a shoutout to Julio Tello, Ryan Atkins (GSM), David in finance, and Nick Burba (GM). I appreciate everyone taking the time to work with me and making the process such a positive experience. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle without feeling pressured or dealing with the usual back-and-forth, I’d definitely recommend giving Hollywood Chrysler Jeep a visit. I have purchased vehicles from various dealerships in the past, and the process has always been smooth. Unfortunately, my experience with Hollywood Chrysler Jeep has been by far the worst I’ve ever had. I purchased a 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLE on March 22. It has now been almost four months, and I am still forced to drive on temporary tags. Their responsibility was to handle an out-of-state registration transfer to Pennsylvania. Knowing that the process was taking way too long, I repeatedly called them for updates. Every single time, I was given the runaround - receptionists and managers promised to "look into it and call me right back." Not once did anyone actually return my call. Finally, at the end of the fourth month, they reached out. It turns out my paperwork was stalled because they forgot to have me complete a VIN Verification (a standard out-of-state form that the finance/title department is supposed to provide at the exact moment of sale). Instead of apologizing for their massive oversight and dropping the ball for over 100 days, they had the audacity to blame me, claiming it was "my direct responsibility" to know their job and complete a form I was never given. If you are an out-of-state buyer, avoid this dealership at all costs. They will gladly collect your doc fees, completely neglect your paperwork, ignore your phone calls, and then blame you for their own incompetence.
Federico was amazing!! He helped me buy my dream Wrangler with all my stipulations I walked in with. He made sure I got every feature I asked for and then some all within my budget. He was honest and realistic from the beginning. Gonzalo made the final steps a smooth transition to the end of our experience. We spent more time building a relationship rather than “purchasing a vehicle“. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever shop at another dealership.
