  Thank you to the whole team over at Hollywood jeep. THIS IS THE ONLY DEALER THAT CAN HELP WITH THE CLAIM FOR THE REAR GLASS WATER LEAK ON THE GLADIATOR. I strongly recommend requesting Neyma as your service advisor. She went above and beyond from the start—she immediately offered to contact the technician directly to confirm the exact date my vehicle would be needed. Because of that, I was able to schedule same-day service instead of leaving my car at the dealership for five days. She also provided her direct contact information, which made communication and follow-up seamless. UPDATE: I had my rear glass window assembly replaced, and the entire process was handled efficiently. There is a specific way the dealer can submit the repair under LOP for warranty approval (I’ve attached photos for reference). The work was subcontracted to GlassAct, and Rick handled the installation. He was extremely professional—worked efficiently while still taking the time to ensure everything was done carefully and correctly. If you’re dealing with a rear window water leak, I highly recommend this dealership. I visited seven different dealers, and this was the only one able to get the repair approved under warranty.

  ​I have purchased vehicles from various dealerships in the past, and the process has always been smooth. Unfortunately, my experience with Hollywood Chrysler Jeep has been by far the worst I’ve ever had. ​I purchased a 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLE on March 22. It has now been almost four months, and I am still forced to drive on temporary tags. Their responsibility was to handle an out-of-state registration transfer to Pennsylvania. Knowing that the process was taking way too long, I repeatedly called them for updates. Every single time, I was given the runaround - receptionists and managers promised to "look into it and call me right back." Not once did anyone actually return my call. ​Finally, at the end of the fourth month, they reached out. It turns out my paperwork was stalled because they forgot to have me complete a VIN Verification (a standard out-of-state form that the finance/title department is supposed to provide at the exact moment of sale). Instead of apologizing for their massive oversight and dropping the ball for over 100 days, they had the audacity to blame me, claiming it was "my direct responsibility" to know their job and complete a form I was never given. ​If you are an out-of-state buyer, avoid this dealership at all costs. They will gladly collect your doc fees, completely neglect your paperwork, ignore your phone calls, and then blame you for their own incompetence.
