  • Gave it 4 stars only because Bruno was so amazing attentive and respectful my car had some corrosion and needed to be repainted under warranty Bruno made the process seamless now the reason I’m removing a star Upon receiving my vehicle after a month and a half yes body shop there is very slow the shades of my car is completely different I asked to please blend the entire car the first guys said yes we can fix it the the manager BRYAN came out extremely rude and distasteful was talking over me and very nasty attitude “we can blend and fix it at a discounted rate” I said excuse me sir when I dropped the car off it was one color they tried to show me other cars and explain paint on plastic and metal can look different and I get that but this was not blended properly. I hope the GM speaks with Bryan and train him better on customer service he almost made the situation worse than it should have been. ( he needs customer service coaching badly)

  • My Grand Cherokee was on this dealer for 2 weeks for 5 recalls (it already had other 10 recalls made in just 2 years) oil change and there was a defective heat pump to be replaced. All this should have took 5 days by the service adviser, but in fact took 2 weeks. Communication with the service adviser or anyone on the service department was extremely difficult. They barely reply any messages. And from 20 calls only one you can talk to someone on the dealer. All other call are routed to a third party call center that can not connect to anyone. When I got the car today, the car conditions were awful, completely dirty and inside was full of grease on the gearshift and start button. Inside was completely dusty. This is not was you expect when you buy a car that is $65.000. This car is extremely problematic and defective, with over 15 recalls and a fire hazard. Never getting a Jeep again, and returning to this dealer just to return the lease. Never again. Luiz Carlos
