  I hate used car salesmen. Except Zack. First he had the vehicle I was looking for. 2007 FJ Cruiser with a 6 speed manual transmission. Rare hard to find. Low mileage and great condition? Forget it. Zack got it done. I came across some loose body parts from when it was modified because the clips are hard to find. Zack found them and they came in the mail today. Nice work dude. I'll be back.

  If for any possibility of my consortment with a vehicle dealer and for however way an effect of my decisiveness is instilled, there is inclusive as such, my interactions and interchange of questions (activity mostly of my own participation) apropos of what is dealt-my taking forth for consideration a prospectively chosen vehicle. In actuality, unlike my afforded attempts at other dealerships (others including in-person dealerships-5, 2 were manufacturer dealerships and over phone dealerships were 2) of which I would render of marginal consequence, MY PURCHASE OF A TOYOTA TUNDRA FROM ZACK WAS OVERALL A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. While this review conveys to you my notice of some sense of Zack's role, including his prepossession towards assuredness, if it might have not been always the more obvious-certain aspects of being professional-it is ONLY because he is generally low-key and practices concision in answering (usually a good way of manner). Yet, one instance stood out with his level of responsiveness as quite impressive. The Carfax for this Tundra showed a 3-owner. So after completion of an independent inspection at a shop, I engaged his speculations on the second owner (listing showed 23 days of ownership and more importantly the difference between mileage readings were not that significant). This was important to me (I usually avoid 3-owner) since I tend to be an analytical type of buyer. Especially so since for one thing, a used vehicle does not have the starting point of qualitative intactness a new one has. Buyers like me and unlike me-we all bring different preferences, sensibilities to the process. Moreover, stances are varied-like persistence, selective in views, a little demanding or even a little anxious or impetuous. I am NOT making any claim that my way is especially noteworthy or productive. Yet, I hope you understand, I have reached a level of confidence that given the opportunity, Zack will perform as a customer-friendly dealer. THANK YOU MUCH, ZACK!!!!!!!
