My salesperson, Francisco, was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He spent nearly three hours driving around with us and letting us try different cars, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Any concern I brought up, he took care of. I had a question about the blind spot detectors not working, and he got them fixed. I asked if the sunroof leaked, and he even paid for us to go through a car wash so we could test it ourselves. I pointed out a stain, and he had the entire car detailed. The great service continued even after the purchase. I noticed a headlight and license plate light was out, and they replaced them on the spot. Most importantly, there were no hidden fees or surprise markups. What I saw advertised on the website is what I paid. Francisco went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the car before and after buying it. I really appreciated his patience, honesty, and willingness to address every concern I had. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive!
