  My experience with RTR Auto Sales was extremely disappointing. I purchased a vehicle with cash and drove it less than 60 miles before it broke down. Although the dealership sold the vehicle "as-is," I believe honesty, transparency, and integrity should still be part of every car sale. Because I was concerned about the condition of the vehicle, I had to pay out of pocket to have the car towed to a certified dealership for a proper inspection and diagnostic evaluation. I also incurred additional expenses for Uber and Lyft rides because I was without reliable transportation and was not initially provided with a loaner vehicle. The diagnostic results revealed significant issues that left me questioning how thoroughly the vehicle had been inspected before being offered for sale. The process of resolving the matter was stressful, time-consuming, and costly. While RTR Auto Sales ultimately agreed to provide a refund, the situation became even more frustrating when I attempted to cash the refund check and was informed there were insufficient funds available at that time. This added unnecessary inconvenience and concern during an already difficult situation. Throughout the process, I did not feel valued as a customer. What should have been an exciting vehicle purchase turned into weeks of stress, additional expenses, and uncertainty. I appreciate that the dealership eventually refunded my money, but based on my overall experience, I cannot recommend RTR Auto Sales. I encourage prospective buyers to obtain an independent inspection and exercise extreme caution before purchasing a vehicle.

  I would recommend this place if you are looking for people the will stick to their word. I had bought this car Saturday night the next morning the check engine light had turned on naturally I was quite upset I found out the problem and let them know, they fixed it and had no problem giving me a warranty for peace of mind. Good honest people with great prices as well!
