  • Pros - many vehicles to choose from, personable sale man, willing to spend time, centrally located. Cons - poor customer parking (on the shoulder of the road), broken concrete and uneven ground for walking (for a place with mobility constrained customers), an "as is" policy on sales, vehicles missing interior parts (seat belt and security latch on a handicap access van).

  • I had a very good experience with Vip Auto Group. Albert provided me with transportation from and to the airport. The vehicle was as advertised and was exactly what my family needed. Albert arranged delivery to my front door. Highly recommend this dealership.

  • I’m like 10yrs late to post a review. But here I am. I purchased a car from VIP back in late 2014. And I will just say I still have the car and it’s still running strong. I forget the name of the gentlemen I did the deal with at that time , it’s been so long ago but I will say he was very polite, patient professional , and had me out the door ready to roll in less than 2 hrs. I am looking forward to possibly doing business with them again soon. I definitely recommend VIP. 😊
