The staff is very informed, courteous with smiles & never any pressure on the customer to purchase. The prices are VERY fair and after just a few visits, you're made to feel like family. High quality products, instruments, electronics, arms & jewelry throughout & always super clean. Every staff number knows how to treat customers the right way & are informed and honest about what they're selling. 🤩👏🤌🏆💯

  • So I was just recently in the store and mind you this wasn't the first time I've been there but I was pleasantly surprised at how fast everything moved firing this Christmas rush. The people who work there are insanely awesome and so welcoming. I would suggest that if you're purchasing something for a loved one as a gift or even for yourself I would look here first. They have the best prices and they only put the best of merchandise on their shelves. You're not going to walk out with a faulty computer or television. I love that they're always willing to work with you on pricing and you don't have to feel like you're being taken advantage of. The one last thing I want to add is that this is the only place in Portland I feel comfortable pawning/loaning my stuff at. I know that if I decide to come back it's going to be just as I left it.
