  I’ve been coming to this phone repair shop for over four years, and the service has consistently been excellent. Each visit has been a positive experience, but my most recent visit truly stood out. I needed urgent assistance to regain access to my phone after hackers compromised my financial information. The team acted quickly and efficiently to repair my device, allowing me to restore access to my accounts without delay. Their responsiveness and professionalism during such a stressful situation meant a great deal to me. I would especially like to thank the husband-and-wife team for not only their technical expertise but also their kindness and dedication to helping their customers. It’s clear they genuinely care about the community they serve. After reading other reviews, it’s easy to see that my experience is consistent with the high standards they maintain. Hopefully I won’t need repairs again anytime soon, but it’s reassuring to know they’ll always be there if I do. Highly recommend their services.

  Bought an iPad here and the staff were nice and gave me a free charger with the iPad. As a first time customer, it was a great experience and recommend it for anyone who is looking to get a new phone or tablet, or even a laptop without breaking the bank. Keep in mind that this is a place that refurbishes their technology so it’s not gonna be out of the factory new! Thank you invisible armor for the iPad Im really enjoying it!

  I've used this store on three occasions. Twice they could fix my phone, once they could not. They thoroughly explained the issues each time and what they did to repair or try to repair. If your phone gets wet they charge $40 to open it up. That money goes toward the repair if they're able to fix it. In my case they were not but they applied it to an unlocked phone. Very happy with their service, explanations, price, and the time it took.
