  • First time purchasing a car here , the service was overall good, especially my salesperson , Sami. He was very kind & compassionate. Was very straightforward about the car I was purchasing. Sami was very nice and enthusiastic the entire time , & very patient with any questions I had. Only rated 4 Star because I had expected a full tank on the new purchased car from this company & was barely at half a tank. In my eyes, for a company that has lots of luxury cars , they can at least do their customers a favor ; fill up their tank as a "Pleasure doing business" Other than that , overall great business & good selection of cars.

  • If I could give more than 5 star rating on this review I most certainly would!!! Sami was our salesman. He was so patient with us and explained all the cars details and terms before our purchase. This allowed us to make a confident choice. Ed the General Manager worked very hard on getting us the best deal available. Needless to say we walked away with a beautiful car and smiles on our faces! Thank you Star Auto Works!! We will be back again in the future!

  • Sami was the salesperson I worked with and was very personable, courteous, and responsive (even on his day off). He made sure all my questions were answered and made the process go as smoothly as possible. This was especially important since I bought the car out of state and wasn’t able to see it in person. Ed was the finance person I worked with and was great as well. Made me feel comfortable and made sure I was well aware of my options. Very honest and great dealership to work with. Highly recommend!
