  ​I was ready to buy a vehicle here with cash in hand, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. They have a strict policy where they don’t allow test drives outside of their parking lot. ​We are right off I-10 and Wilcrest—you cannot possibly confirm a car is in good shape by doing 5 mph in a crowded parking lot. You need to feel how it shifts and handles at speed. To make matters worse, their asking price didn't match the actual value of the vehicle, and since I couldn't even properly test it, there was no way I was going to overpay. ​If you have cash and want a transparent deal, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. They lost a guaranteed sale today because of a ridiculous test drive rule.

  COMPLETE SCAM!!! Lies and salvaged cars for sale! Bought a car, took forever to get the title, website and sales rep said car has a clean title. No issues. A few cosmetic flaws. Come to find out the car was totaled, didn’t know the doors did not lock until I got home (in Louisiana) AC went out in a few days. Car would not start after we left the dealership. Had a very small battery that did not belong on a car! In 3 days of having the car we paid, $9k for car, and a total of $2682 in batteries, light bulbs, tires (because the wheels they put on were too big for the car) had to refill Freon and some other stuff! Well, come to find out we can not register the car in Louisa because it is a salvaged title. Car has been sitting in our driveway for over a year. Needs shocks, front end alignment, rotors, brakes and so much more. Complete waste of money and he took forever getting the title to us! He had to send several plates by email until it finally came in 4 months later! After we couldn’t get it registered, he just emailed paper plates to my daughter and told her to drive on that. She was 18 and knew no better. She learned the hard way, I hope you don’t have too! Stay away from this place!

  test-drove multiple cars and several of them had the check engine light on. When I asked about it, I was given vague excuses instead of honest answers. On top of that, the dealer was misleading about title status, which immediately raised red flags. If they’re willing to be dishonest before a sale, that tells you everything you need to know. This place appears to sell poorly maintained vehicles and relies on misleading information to push sales. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
