  • **BUYERS BEWARE** 10/1/25 discovered the crankshaft had been stripped out so Carr Masters put the harmonic balancer back together unbolted. This could have been catastrophic for me and my family on the road. Downside is now the only entire motor needs to be replaced. Eduardo I don’t know how you sleep at night knowing you put my family in danger and cost a good family another $15,000 for a new motor on top of your sale price. No wonder they refused to let a mechanic look at the truck, its problem after problem. Paid 22k for a truck and now I’m in closer to $40k. 9/20/25 truck has been in the shop for weeks. Catalytic converter was cut into by Carr Masters and they replaced one side of the filter in order to make the code temporarily clear the P430 code. Had the cat replaced correctly for $1,450. Discovered the truck had two ignition coils from another vehicle installed, that was another $200 to replace both. Timing case gasket was leaking oil, cam phasers were shot, VCT solenoids were also done, resulting in another $3,650 in repairs. Leaking radiator fluid for another $180. This dealer refused to let a mechanic inspect in and I know why now. So far it’s cost me an additional $5,480 in parts to stop it from stalling at red lights. 8/25/25 I had to wait to purchase because they were “fixing an exhaust leak.” So 24 hours into the truck and check engine light comes on. P430 code. I drive it back 2 hours for them to fix it because they said the repair shop warranties their work. This time they said they replaced a sensor and it’s fixed. I was able to pick up my truck after a week. Then 24 hours after the repair the check engine light comes back on, same code. They won’t tell me who is doing the repairs or what exactly they are repairing. When they told me I was not allowed to get the vehicle inspected by a licensed mechanic prior to purchase I should have walked out. Buy with caution. 8/9/25 Eduardo was very helpful throughout the process. Travelled quite a ways for the desired vehicle, he made sure I had plenty of photos and videos sent directly to me before making the drive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a used car or truck.
