  • Bought a 2023 TRX for $65k. Car was so clean. No previous accident they showed me everything. Drove 2 hours. First time I felt like someone gave me all the info on buying a car properly. I learned so much. Felt like I wasn’t rushed and they gave me the truth at every step. Super happy with the family experience. Shehzad the owner gave me so much information on the car and was so detailed I won’t buy a car from somewhere again.

  • 10/10 experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and comprehensive. I arrived with the idea of purchasing a car and they delivered. This dealership was fully accommodating regarding my needs, as well as other options that were better for me financially while still having a great value. Christopher and Shehzad were the employees that helped us (plus that one finance guy in the corner) and I have no complaints. I 100% recommend.

  • Good afternoon, I don’t even know where to begin because I’m still a little stunned that something so wild and spontaneous — something I’ve never done before — actually worked out perfectly. Today was an amazing day. Recently, I sold my family SUV, a Cadillac Escalade Premium Edition, along with one of my wife’s work vehicles. Ever since then, I’ve had my eye on a Cadillac Escalade ESV — the extended-length version of the Escalade that comfortably seats 7-8 people while still leaving plenty of room in the rear cargo area for luggage, groceries, or anything else a family needs. One of my favorite features is that instead of physically removing the third-row seats, you simply push a button and they fold down electronically. Small detail, but I love it. For the last several weeks, I’ve spent countless hours searching for the right vehicle: the right year, color, mileage, condition, and most importantly, the right price. At first, my search included 2016–2022 models with under 160k miles, but after doing extensive research on reliability and ownership experiences, I narrowed my search to 2017–2020 models with under 100k miles. I also expanded my search nationwide instead of staying local to the Atlanta area. Review By Wednesday night, after almost a week of traveling and mentally exhausting myself searching for vehicles — not just for this SUV, but for a couple of additional luxury vehicles I’m considering adding to my fleet — my wife and I were in bed scrolling through listings together when I stumbled across a 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV in black with a black leather interior, one of the exact color combinations I had been looking for. It was a Luxury trim model with only 85,455 miles listed at $16,992. Immediately, both my wife and I focused on that particular vehicle. We carefully reviewed every detail in the listing, double-checking the fine print to make sure we weren’t overlooking anything. Then I saw it: rebuilt title. Naturally, my first instinct was the same reaction most people would have — hesitation. However, a rebuilt title is very different from a salvage title, so instead of immediately dismissing the vehicle, I decided to investigate further. Around midnight, I noticed there was an option to text the dealership directly through their website, so I sent a message fully expecting not to hear back until sometime the next day — if at all. To my surprise, about an hour later, Victor responded. What followed was probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in the automotive industry. Victor answered every question thoroughly and transparently. Without me even asking, he sent me the full vehicle history report, additional photos, and detailed information about the condition of the SUV. He never pressured me or tried to “sell” me the vehicle. Instead, he simply gave me honest information and let the vehicle speak for itself. I explained that I was interested in making an “all-inclusive,” out-the-door cash deal, and Victor told me that once the dealership opened, someone would FaceTime me and perform a complete walkaround of the vehicle. By around 2:00 AM, I got out of bed and made a decision I’ve never made before in my life: I booked a flight from Atlanta to Miami just three hours before departure to personally inspect the vehicle. That decision happened entirely because of the trust and confidence Victor built through his professionalism, transparency, and communication. Had it not been for him, I never would have flown 700 miles to look at a vehicle I found online. While connecting through Baltimore, I texted Victor to let him know I was actually on my way to Miami. Even writing that now still sounds crazy to me. Victor informed me that he wouldn’t be in the office that day, but assured me I’d be in good hands with his team at Discount Auto Sales of America — and he was absolutely right.
