  The place Is A Place of Fraud I bought this c250 they never gave me a invoice - Recipe for the payment of 1500 down the same day I Bought the car it broke down it started smoking I was stranded on the side of the Road Called these people and they told me to jump the car they ignored my calls telling staff to tell me they are not there I had to go there in person never gave me back my deposit and when I spoke to the manager Jenny she told me she will see me in court then I bought the car back they ended up selling it in my name the car is still on my credit and I never even made one payment Scammers I went to court and spoke to the judge and let him know all the Fraudulent Transactions they made against me this place needs to be shut down and I told the judge how they told me I had to payoff the car in cash to get the car back 25,000 in a week this place needs to be shut down the worst place to get a car in Georgia Lemon Law They Use Used Parts My Driver Door was broken they never fixed it and the Gear Shifter they took out of one of there other cars , The car was Sold With a Blown Turbo Mercedes Told me it was a 4000 dollar repair , Shut This Place Down When I spoke to the manager He Cursed me out and told me he ain’t giving me a Penny Back The Disrespect!!!! They did the same thing to my friend and his Mercedes Shut This Place Down Georgia I had the court at my door from these people when I gave them there car back Shut It Down ! I don’t wish this much Evil on nobody’s Life !

  US Express is by far not a good place to purchase and do business with getting a Car! I just was 3 weeks behind on my car payment of a BMW 2014 3 series. It was repossessed with no information given warning you that you were in the red of being repossessed. Also my car salesman helped me out with finding a car insurance because you have to have insurance in order to purchase a car. I found out the insurance he gave me was a fraud company! I payed over 2500 in insurance. Crazy thing is I was behind 5 weeks on my car payment before and wasn’t repossessed and caught up with payments as well. I called to try to make sure and see where my car was repossessed to at least get my property and they told me their finance person was out on vacation for a week! Everyday your car is sitting repossessed it’s a fee. Makes me feel they’re looking to take their cars back in order to resell it for more money that’s why they are having so many bad reviews! My original down payment was 2500!

  I would not recommend this dealership. They seem to primarily target buyers with less-than-perfect credit and are not upfront with important information during the purchase process. I bought a vehicle here, and within just a few days, it started having major issues. The lack of transparency and the quality of the vehicle left me very disappointed. I suggest looking elsewhere for a dealership that values honesty and provides reliable vehicles
