  • We tried to buy a car here a few days ago and had a truly bizarre experience that I want to warn people about. We agreed to purchase a car and the owner required a $250 deposit before we went to get a cashier's check, which already felt a little odd. Clearly he did not trust us to return. When we came back with the check, we noticed our last name was misspelled on the DMV paperwork. We simply asked if it could be retyped because this was the paperwork that would make us the owner of the car, so we wanted to make sure it was correct. Instead of fixing it, the owner stormed in angry, yelling that if we "didn't trust him" we shouldn't do business there, and said we could either take a refund or "donate" our deposit. We were shocked because his anger came completely out of left field. We were calm and polite with our request and had done nothing to warrant his behavior towards us. His hostile and unhinged attitude came out of nowhere and was incredibly unprofessional. Our salesman Andres had been great, but the owner's behavior was a huge red flag. Buyers, beware. Clearly they have done a good job of having people post positive google reviews to keep their rating up, but check out yelp reviews where they have a 1 star average to see many other people who had similar experience to my own.

  • Gonzalo was so very welcoming. He was able to show me that I too can drive my dream car. He made it easy to check out their large selection of cars to pick from. From start to finish Gonzalo reassured me that I was going to get a car. And I did. Great service.

  • PLEASE READ DO NOT SKIP IVE BEEN IN BUSINESS WITH THESE GIYS FOR YEARS AND THEY SCREWED ME OVER WITH A LEMON I HAVE NO STRUTS/SHOCKS BLUETOOTH DOES NOT WORK AND THE BACK UP CAMERA IS BROKEN!!!!! BUTTONS CRACKED\WORN😡 THEY claim we had an agreement on $1000 down and another $1000 when i came up with it because im such a loyal customer (so I thought) until yesterday Joseph blatantly disrespected my family because of personal issues and that is not what professional business men do at all
