  • (UPDATE: They resolved the issue for the most part after a long time and a lot of begging them to finally handle it.) We purchase 1 order with many Airpods from this company and some of them arrived to us and after testing realized there were some that were mismatched and wrong model earpods in the cases. We reported it to them right away and showed them the serial number and all info they requested and they have yet to resolve this issue after many weeks. This is besides the few other units that arrived in terrible condition with yellow stains and earwax in earphones. They refuse to take them back and refund us stating that it is not theirs. We have picture and video evidence that they are their goods and they refuse to resolve the issue so far. I will update the review once this is resolved. Be aware buying from this company for now.
